my phone last 30 days is dead . and my phone number[protected] . these number not working for last 30 days . so, please sir cheak my phone .other wise my connecsion is caceal.

I did not receive Bill from BSNL for my landline Bill No.[protected]Faridabad) for the Month of August. I have visited all nearby offices of BSNL, tried the net, lodged complaint through the net but could not get duplicate. I paid the amount alongwith applicable penalty and requested BSNL again to provide me with a copy of the bill, as i need to submit the same to my office. But NO RESPONSE from BSNL. During the month this problem has been faced almost all residents of our area. I can't imagine such callous attitude from such a big organization.

sir i am use you brod band conectin and i forget.. the portal id and password to chek status..so plz send me this tow as soon as posible..

I want to see my telephone bill in the month of October in 2009 including my dataone uses.

BSNL — Issue of wrong number in landline

i have got a landline number 225003 which was not to be issued in our district gumla. But bsnl
has issued it to me and now my all facility are bared and they give no reason for it.

BSNL — Land line phone billing problem

I have received bill no.19549036/ 03.02.2007 for an amount of Rs.13998.00 which includes rental charges for the last five to six years and my land line phone[protected] was disconected due to non payment. I have asked for instalment payment because it was not my fault for the pending rental charges. At last after one and half years on 28.9.2008 I was allowed to pay the pending amount in 10 instalments. My phone was restored ( but only incoming calls and local outgoing calls) after 1st installment payment. I have already paid an amount of Rs.9998.00 from the pending amount ( Rs.13998.00) and regularly paying rental charges all these months @ Rs. 142.00 pm. But till date I have not given the STD facility and lock was not opened. Kindly help me by giving solution.

and i am very sad to bring my complaint here that my telephone is dead for more than one and half years and i am paying the minimum charges for the telephone for these many days. i approached to my nearest telephone exchange and enquired about this issue and the exchange authorities are simply neglecting our complaint reasoning that this number doeas not belong to their boarder

by this time i have to make clear to you that my telephone number was under their service for these many days and now they are telling that the number dont fall in their boarder. hence i would be more happy if any authorities can see this issue and make my phone work.

WANT TO KNOW MY TELEPHONE BILL DETAIL i.e. INCOMING & OUTGOING CALLS OF MY LANDLINE PHONE .

BSNL Landline — about wrong Numbers

I am having problem with my land line. Each & every day I got lots of wrong numbers.
The caller asked that " ARE YOU CALLING?" or some times they asked for different numbers which are totally different means NOT NEAR TO MY PHONE NUMBER.
Every day I got 10 to 15 such calls from i think 3 years .Due to this my whole family get disturb.I already gave written complaint two times at telephone Exchange,makhmalabad,mhasrul,nashik. But I didn't get proper solution from your side yet.
I also forwarded this message to Mr. D.A.Joglekar,Nodal off.but i still waiting for their action or even reply.
