Our BSNL Landline phone[protected] in Dhanbad, Jharkhand is dead for more than a week for a second time in a month. With this our broadband internet is dead as well. We were told that this time road construction, the wire was disconnected. Broadband is expensive and for a long lapse of service, monthly fee should be prorated. BSNL is totally responsible for broadband service and landline.

this is for your kind information that my tel. bill shows 3 out standig bills which are already being paid
bill no[protected] is paid on on line counter and rest 2 bills are are paid to post office mankachar
as follows
1. bill no:to[protected]amounting rs.1161
2. bill no:TO[protected] amounting Rs.693
these two bills are paid on 6-10-09 & 6-11-09 date's respectively
i have the pay slip of these 2 bills. so i request you kindly look into this matter very seriously and inform me with update as soon as possible

I got my telephone trasfered from senhapur. (4-32/a/3 road no:-1, senhapiri new nagole). Still iam not recveing telephone bill. I already paid my to bill on new adress. Sir,I am from andhra pradesh.I am using bsnl landline when someone calls the lcd doesn't display the number .
Instead it displays NO CLI and when i check for received calls list lcd displays CALL EMPTY! My phone number[protected].

The complaints are closed prematurely without properly hearing and solving to the problem. My telephone is intermittant and this problem may not occur when the lineman just makes a flying visit.
