BSNL EMPLOYEE ARE STILL LIVING IN THE GLORY OF OLD DAYS WHEN CUSTOMER HAD NO OTHER ALTERNATES AND THEY DICTATE US.
ALL OVER WORLD THE WORKS CAN BE ATTENDED INCLUDING BANKING JUST ON PHONE BUT IT IS BSNL WHERE NOTHING HAPPENS ON PHONE AND YOU WILL BE ADIVISED TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE THAT TOO DURING SPECIFIED TIMINGS AND NO WONDER IF YOU DO SO YOU WILL NEVER FIND THEIR GOOD EFFICIENT OFFICERS IN THE OFFICE.
NOW I JUST WANT HOW TO DISCONNET BSNL AS I HAVE DECIDED TO GO FOR AIRTEL FIXED LINE.

I have bsnl connection with no[protected]. On October my telephone bill exceeds to 10000/-. I have a
broad plan 3300 unlimited business plan. Please consider my complaint and reply to me and please give the deatiled bill as early as possible.
I have one more complaint that is how to get a mail id from data one.

From last 6 months after many complaints our landline is not working properly .Frequent cross taking, loud abnormal noise etc.pls look into the matter on urgent basis.

Sir,I have surrenderd my phone bearing No 27228585 on 30.07.09 vide receipt No 466.But sofar the deposit amount has not been refunded.This may be looked into and arrange to refund the same erly.
