i wanna to know my detail bill of landline number ...so please help for the same ...what is the procedure to know the detail of bill on internet...
BSNL Landline — Land line has a service issue.
For the past week the land line phone has a problem. We are not able to hear the ring. it is not a problem with the instrument as we have checked it with other instruments also.This is causing massive inconvenience as no one is able to reach us.
I have placed 1/2 a dozen complaints. there is no mechanism to track the old complaints to closure also. so I keep raising new complaints.

I am from rajasthan.I am using bsnl landline when calls the lcd doesn't display the number .
Instead it displays NO CLI and when i check for received calls list lcd displays CALL EMPTY! My phone number [protected]

we also use 2 landline connections and never ever the tele complaint was attended without paying bribe to the concered person
