The BSNL advertised through their telephone bill, that the customer of BSNL Land will get an Insurance coverage propaganded by your concern a few months before. I want to avail it, so let me know the root of collect document for this fasciity

BSNL Landline — land line phone is not working my no 26555607
sir,my land line phone is not working since 30th march 2010 onward , so far its not rectified so kindly take care and shotout my complaint and rectified at the earliest,
BSNL Landline — noisy line
I had got my landline phone got fixed and also a BSNL Broadband connection along with it but it has got too noisy line due to which there are many problems occuring. Firstly, I cannot access the internet because it gets disconnected due to noisy line. Secondly, talking through the landline is uncomfortable. I would like the authorities to look into it.Regards,
