TELEPHONE NO HAS NOT BEEN MENTIONED ON BILL SO I FEEL MUCH DIFFICULTY IN DEPOSITING THE BILL. POST OFFICE CLEARLY REFUSED TO DEPOSITED THE BILL.
SO PLZ MENTION THE TELEPHONE NO[protected] ON THE BILL AS MY ACCOUNT NO IS [protected].

BSNL Landline — Line disconnected

ACTUALLY, I HAVE A COMPLAINT FOR OUR LAND LINE BSNL NO.[protected], FOR WHICH WE ARE REGULARLY PAYING THE CHARGES.
FOR LAST one Month TELEPHONE LINE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED SOMEWHERE IN THE TELEPHONE LINE ON THE ROAD SIDE. I DON'T HAVE LAND LINE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT. BUT THROUGH ONE OF MY FREIND I ALREADY HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE YOU THE DOCKET NO.
THE COMPLAINT IS NOT LOOKED INTO TILL DATE.ONE OF COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected] DATED 9/4/10

Respected sir,
i am an bsnl custmer i have a mobile and lanline connection .I use mobile and only for using net i use the landline .i pay a fixed amound to the
telephone exchange to stop the comming of frent and now it doesnot coming .but the telephone bill is coming high on the early months .so i want to know how this type of bill is come to my number .you cannot fix this problem any other way you can disconnect or telephone line

BSNL — BILLING AMOUNT

In december i used broadband & paid Rs.-1287/-as per bill recieved But next month again BSNL raised bill amount of Rs-3770/- but this is unjustified because that month maximum i was out of station or too busy to use broadband.And i made online complain but no response but here my line discontinued by bsnl as internet & incommong &outgoing call also.But raising bill every month Rs.550/- as my plan but this month bsnl raised Rs.620/- that also unjustified because my line is discontiued from 3 months.

So please give me suggestion regarding this problem.

BSNL Landline — regg phone dead

sis our phone has dead & number is"[protected]"

My telephone No.[protected] is dead since lst two week. In this regards my Internet also not working. This is absolutely a poor service of BSNL and their officials. Every month I am paying for the Internet bill without using. You think it is justice.
