BSNL Landline — regarding the payment of rs 1968 made by me
my name is usha shrivastava, my landline no is[protected]. in the month of september 2009 i was in ahmedabad and i made the payment in NARANPURA BSNL BRANCH AHMEDABAD for my bhopal landline number. they took my payment OFF LINE and gave me the receipt number 615088....i was told that ATC will be send to the bhopal branch for the amount of rs 1968 rs which was paid on 24-04-09today is 9th march 2010 but payment is not updated against my landline number, MR B.A. PATEL assured me the payment will be transfered but still nothing has been done.
kindly look in to the matter.

I need to know the bill details(itemwise )for the period from 1.2.2010 to 28.02.2010. kindly send the same to my billing address.Any charges may be added to my next bill
phone is not working last three months .the reason is connection is not restored from the bsnl exchange .yet bill is coming. the complaint is already register in the exchange .yet no action is taken

BSNL Landline — Phone is dead since 15 days

sir I am nitesh kumar singh, i had applied for new telephone connection in chickmagalur(karnataka), on 10th of march 2010.
After chasing the concerned person for about 5 days.they gave the connection, but till this date the telephone is dead.when I try to contact the SDPO of our circle, ugendra gowda,
he just sends me from one office to another, totally for the connection. I have already visited 10 times to him.today I came to know the telephone no.which i got is in some one another's name.
kindly look into the matter.
