When I try to my landphone bill through my federal bank online banking ,its showing error.I selected the federal bank,but that page is not opening

sir, i had change my address but it is wrongly enterd "Z' instead of 2. kindly change the street number. it creates too much problem as proof of address. my telephone number is 26457296 and customer id id[protected]

i have paid my telephone bill for NOV & DEC 2010
bill # 35249083 of 07/01/2011 amount Rs 1822.00
yesterday i recieved one bill for JAN 2011 including NOV & DEC 2010 .vide bill # 36519908 of 07/02/2011

I had bsnl landline phone at Waghodia road, Wadi exchange, Vadodara. Phone no.[protected].
In the year 2007 month September, I received a wrong bill amounting Rs. 12661/-. Generally my bill amount remains Rs.500 to 800 for two months. I do not have enough money to pay such huge amount for wrong bill. I requested earlier also for this. Now as I am staying near my comapany. Person from wadi telephone office are harassing the tenants for the amount.
Please do needful.

I am using the services of BSNL from last twelve years. My phone no is[protected]. From last three years, BSNL persons dig some whole near our telephone line. Due to which, we are suffering from cross-connection. Therefore, all privacy is disturbed.
We had made many complaints to Dankaur exchange (Greater Noida). But every time, the problem is not solved. We are still suffering from this problem very much. P-lease take some strict action, otherwise discontinuation will be the better option.
Please help me on this.

BSNL Landline — high billing charges
Dear SirI am Pawan Kumar my telephone no s ([protected] ) in village - nariyala , post office - fatehpur billcoh it is rural area
many times i have complained in bsnl office it change my rent but nobody change my plan. in December 2010 i am(712/-) paid bill & and after DEC my phone is connect to bsnl and this time my bill is 657/- no body use my phone but this charge is out of my range.and bills is not receiving for my home so sir please take any steps in bsnl office thanks
