We r suffering from last 6months from BSNL Landline service .Everymonth bill raised from BSNL office. We made complain to our nearest Bsnl Office, Bbut the senior Eng. Not taking any action upon that. The office is Kalinganagar In Jajpur District. Today In our area Only counting customers from Bsnl. my no.[protected], But we r lay man . Still now we kept the line connection with us. Take the neecessary action as soon as possible..

my phone no.2326623was not working approx the whole month.I reported it time to time in writing to the authorities.After all I approached MD Gurgaon and I get my complaint rcd in the office in writing and got the rcpt. Now after9 months I got the bill for that period for which I could not use the services.I request to wave off the bill for that period.My complaint is on records of bsnl office Gurgaon.

We r using bsnl landline in our company. we dont have any outstanding bill, but the line has been disconnected for the phone number[protected]. there is no response either through customer care complaint booking nor from the branch office.
