My landline no.is dead more than 15 days.i had complained it for more than 10 times. No one take neccessary action for it, it remains dead .how could you do this to the yours customers? it is highly careless act plz take some action . yours quick action will be highly appreciated. my phone bill is much more .so please can i recive my call history detail.my phone number is 2289452

BSNL Landline — Bills not received for Oct, Nov. and Dec. 2010
My father at Bhusaval has a BSNL landline connection. He has not received bills for the months of Oct. Nov. and Dec. until 7th Jan 2011. And, many other people having BSNL landline connections in his area have not received their bills either.While the phone connection is working as of now, it is felt that BSNL may suddenly disconnect for non-payment, and put the users in trouble.
Can you help and act in this case to inform BSNL and seek clarification?

Bsnl has changed the software system of bills during these months so, i[censored] had not received the bills either go to the online bsnl counter for paying the online bills and settle the account duly.

BSNL — totally failed company billing never correct
i opted for Broad band and the landline connection. my number was in name of other and i was not getting bill. i complained but nothing happend and finally after two months the problem corrected and i paid the bill even for the 1 non operation month. after paying bill the broad band did not started it took another two months.now when broad band is on, excessive bill is being delivered.
BSNL is totally fraud people company. and i would sugest everyone not to go for BSNL Broadband. these person will harass you.

BSNL has provided us with wi fi modem which works maximum upto 5 mts were as it is suppose to work all over in the house inspite of complaint nobody solves this problem what do we do kindly suggest i wanna know the details of my incoming and outgoing calls from my bsnl landline phone.
