BSNL Landline — Land line Dead for more than a month
Our home land line[protected] is dead for more than a month and even after multiple complaints no action has been taken.Today i attempt to visit BSNL Karve Road office to give a personal complaint and meet senior authority bet 10 to 10.30 am, and not a single person in complaint department including senior officials were not present. All tables and cabins were empty. This is the efficiency they work....it's extremely frastrating.
