my name is aji kumar sajeev, am from kerala.my problem is that in our area BSNL is not having coverage.its very shame that BSNL is not having coverage in our area.while VODAFONE, AIRTEL, RELIANCE, TATA INDICOM are having signals in the same area.just do some rectifications

I have a post paid mobile phone(no. [protected]). I have received a bill for Rs.650.00 for the period 16.6.2009 to 15.7.2009. In this bill Rs. 300.00 has been chardged for LockBox payment. I do not know what is this lock Box payment. Please enlighten me immediately bfore I go to the consumer court.

I have a post paid mobile phone( No.[protected]) under plan 99. I have received a bill of Rs.650 for the Period from 16.6.2009 to 15.7. 2009. In this bill rs.300 has been charged towards " LockBox paymet". I have no idea what is this lock box payment. Please let me know what is this lockbox payment before I approach the consumer court.

I am using the No. [protected] (Prepaid). I have given application for convertion from prepaid to postpaid for the same No. [protected] and got the SIM on 11.08.2009 from your department. Till time the same SIM not activated from your end.

Sir, i have activated "ACT 2" plan with daily deduction of Rs 2/- and facility to any BSNL call (day 6am to 11 pm 30paise/min and 11pm to 6am night calling 10 paise/min.). But i was charged with 20paise instead of 10 paise. I launched complaints with docket no. 3197560, 3223097, 3225386, 3228563, 3234184, 3238244, 3249276. Please help me out to get my extra deducted balance.

Moreover, BSNL has credited Rs. 390/- Recharge Voucher from [protected] on[protected] at 6:26 PM Ref. no.[protected]. But I got Rs 150/- talk time instead of Rs 354/- as the scheme was announced.
Please help me to get the extra balance from BSNL.
