but 76 hours going on but do not activated for bsnl so fast quickly work on my notice ok
Staff of bsnl is so tired and not helpful for customer so please regard my complain sir ok

I found the address also it is PADMINI B, 74, IEHCS LYT, 1, 7, VIDYARANYAPURA, 560 097.
How can I give a complaint in the BSNL..

BSNL — Mobile Harrasment

Dear Sir,

I just want to know the details or just want you to warn the holder of this mobile number[protected], who is calling to my relatives phone who is a girl.

Please warn this holder, not to repeat this again or send me the details of the person.

My prepaid mobile no. [protected] ( WB Circle ). I sent sms at 53733 for changing my power plan nos. combinations. But the authority is not paying attention. Due to the attitude of BSNL, I am loosing hundreds of rupees.

SIR IN MY MOBILE No. [protected] SOME WAP SERVICE FROM[protected]WAP1.INDIATIMES.COM) HAS STARTED BY OWN AND EVERY TIME THERE IS DEDUCTION OF Rs. 30/- FROM MY AMOUT AND I HAD TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE No. OF TIMES AND FOUND THAT NOTHING IS DONE EVEN AS PER THERE DIRECTION I HAD SEND SMS TO 58888 FOR UNSUBSCRIBE THAT SERVICE BUT NOTHING IS DONE ONLY EVERY TIME MY AMOUNT OF Rs. 1.50 /- IS DEDUCTED. KINDLY HEPL ME BY STOPPING THIS WAP SERVICES FROM[protected]. NAME OF SERVICE IS WAP FTVMODEL PACK FROM 58888.

Complain aginst BSNL bill.

I am paying my bill regularly. However, always my bill includes my paid amount. In the computerised system everything is updated immediately. However, BSNL employees are so incomopetent that they do not update the bill for which my phone got disconnected and i have been charged Rs. 100/- extra.

Despite having a credit limit is upto Rs. 2000/- my phone was disconnected for which every time i have been fined an amount of Rs. 100/- extra. It seems BSNL only harass people and impose unnecessary fine to get more income harassing the customer.

my cell [protected] i recharge 230 / and start gprs but 2days after gprs not active i message gprspre & handest model number sent to 58355 setting recive &install it . i call custmer care 4 times in day but custmore care says network manully then mobile swich off then start gprs active ho ja aega but same result gprs not active plz as soon as my gprs start soonly

I request you to kindly look into the matter and do need full other wise I am forced to change my mobile No. to another operater. as now it is very high time that even complaing in customer care there is no action nor with you peoples as it is mine 8 complain to you for the same. Kindly hepl by stopping this service from my cellphone [protected].

I purchased a sony ericsson c510i after exchanging and was a gond phone.but a virus or something lost a lot of content

My mobile no. is [protected].I have complained many times for removing my caller tone but no executive in customer care want to take complaint.I have also send many message for removing my caller tone but it still exist.Bsnl Customer care service is so worst.They dont want to listen any complained.So please remove my caller tone as soon as possible.

how to disable friends & family 50 paise plan

I am in 4 sim card of family friends. But I am getting problem with my two mobole nos [protected] & [protected]. I am being carged betwwen these two nos 90 paise per call.
You can check it on 10/11/2009. at approx 10.00pm night [protected] no has been charged Rs 12.00
I am very anaxious about this problem.
Ur customer care on 1503 and [protected] dont help me.

my mobile no. [protected] recharge with STV 49 for 49 paisa std/local/sms with 6

months validity on 06/11/2009 and message received "you have received credit of

Rs49 from no. 138212 ref no.[protected] shop keeper mobile no. [protected] recharge

with STV Rs.49/ at 1:02:55 pm when I was not getting STV49/ rate asked customer

care they told your mobile was rechrge with Rs. 61/ and validity 1 month which is

wrong. It may be rectified to 49 paisa std/local/sms
The complain was also made to customer care ranchi on 06/11/09, 11/11/09 at

present I am getting rate on bsnl mobile 50paisa and on othernet work mobile 75

paisa
