[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile — bsnl mobile complaint

I’m a BSNL new Dosti SIM holder (my cell no.[protected]).. I have sent SMS to activate the facilities of free talking to another Dosti no. (i.e [protected]) & one land no.(i.e[protected] on 19th August, 2009.. But the facility has not activated till date... I have made following ups for several times through Customer Care.. But all of my initiatives go in vain.
The problem is serious & I need your immediate action, otherwise I shall have to take legal action against your company...

I purchased a bsnl recharge voucher and while scratching the secrete code, it get damaged! what should I do? Can I get balance by reporting to BSNL office?

I am using BSNL broadband connection and I have been interacting with the customer service .It is really pathetic.They donot repond properly to customers.My Braodband was disconnected due to late bill payment .Inspite of claering the dues timmediatley hey are taking weeks to open up the connection and no one gives you a proper response.c

On 08.08.09 I convert my two mobile ( [protected], [protected] ) to Dosti schame and sent SMS on 09.08.09 . On quary in several times Customer Care personnel said they get SMS on 10.08.09 and now under processing till 04.09.09 .I am users of BB service and Land line also. Moreover I don't know why I will remain a customer of BSNL????????

I am using bsnl mobile connection since five years. last year I intend to subscribe caller tune facility but last month I adopt not to take this facility in my connection

Sir, I have got a message on 10.09.2009 at 16:59 hours from TA-Now (Message Centre: [protected]).
Message read as: WINNER! [protected] is chosen for $2500 Cash prize, call +[protected] now.
I called the no.+[protected] and after just 3 secs I cut the line and saw the message that Rs 9.60 is being charged for the call. Please take action against this fraudulent organisation.

it is life time prepaid service. presuntly the compnay teminate it as regular plan and outgoing service stop. this service i use from last ten year. custem care people are not advice setifactry. please do need ful and reply on my email.

I have taken womenspower connection from (with free of cost for sim card) fhe bsnl mobile mela at lms compound on[protected]. Now i am unable to make outgoing calls. I have contacted two or three times to get me the facility to make calls from my mobile. Kindly help me.

I bought a Sony Ericsson C510 few weeks ago which supports 3G and Edge. My service provider is BSNL UPE. I downloaded the GPRS settings to my phone but still am unable to use internet / GPRS through my phone. My GPRS is already activated on my SIM and it is working perfectly on my old Motorola Phone. I have received only the following settings:

I have tried so many times, but every time the same thing is happening. I am wondering where my other settings are gone. I am unable to find the settings bsnlportal, bsnlwap or bsnllive on my phone.

I changed to Aircel also and tried the same thing, but still having the same problem whereas it is working perfectly on my old Motorola phone - with both Service Providers - Aircel / BSNL!

I have invested Rs. 10000 on this handset but now I am feeling like I made a mistake. I am very upset & sad now... Kindly help me out from my dilemma.

I agree with Rahul, waiving off Roaming charges inside the country will encourage national integrity.
Its very sad that the Govt is keeping quiet about it.

on 02.10.09,from my balance rs.30 was deduced from my account without any information through message ......
(for what they have debited from my account balance)

There is bad signal of bsnl mobile in our village please do something so we can listen or cal inside our home not on terris my village is Bajrur, dist.Ropar (Punjab)

on [protected] wen i called back i had lost my precious 28rs .n call was cut down in middle only.
sir this is not only happened with me but many of people in india who r bsnl user.sir i want to know that is there any hidden profit to bsnl or they r haking your network for use of this fraudlent activities.
so u have to tell me the reason regarding this as soon as possible.n plz take some proper action if they r hacking your network.dont make us fool bcoz they r our hard earned money we dont beg borrow or still money.

I repeatedly informed customer care representatives but no response.I am surprise BSNL IS the longest mobile network system, why they are having no responsibility while serving common personnels across the country.Please increase your sincerity and resposibility.Give instructions to the customer care representatives regarding manners and behaviours.Hope you will take care and your kind anticipation is expected.
