BSNL Mobile — NO RESPONSE

dear sir

this is a regular customer to bsnl last long time

last year of 30/12/09 i have requested to activate per second coll
after that i got massage on 31/12/09 the service will be activate within 42hrs.
but till today on 10/01/2010 the service has not activated

last 12days i am complaining to bsnl customer care help line on 24365 one by one customer care officers are just giving a same reply to me

your request will be activated within 24hrs

but there were no result and i have request per second on my both line [protected] & 13 but both line has same prob lame
after long time i have just co-role to customer care person to connect me to head of department officer and
hi has connected to mr. TASHLIM and i got the reply from him as

same reply your request will be activate within 24hrs and top of that hi says all the company are getting problem so here is not new for bsnl

i request him to refund my money which has withdrew from my both bsnl line

i don't no now to complain whom ?

if i am at the right place hope to get reply as soon as possible

My mobile no. is ([protected]), it is a prepaid connection.I am at bangalore now and my mobile is in roaming since it is from gujarat.On 6th February, i lost my total balance and it down to Rs. 0.00 while i was talking with somebody on my mobile.I have tried to note my complain in bsnl customer care about 5-6 times but i couldn't find positive replay from there.Kindly take actions immidiately.

there is gprs problem in my bsnl no [protected] since one month
its shows content block by operator i have complained many time but no solution

hai i am bsnl prepaid user up more than 7 years but there is no any offers all amount or high gprs in 230rs so please give new offers

I am Johnsheen from Coorg .All these years we had no BSNL mobile service in my home in DUBARE(Nanjarayapatna) which is a tourists place near Kushalnagar.Recently you have installed a tower and started your service.Many people are happy for that. I would like to bring to your notice as a feed back about two problems so that you can rectify them. 1.Often the tower signal goes OFF.( I stay close to the tower). 2.It has a problem of connection to any RELIANZ mobile.Always it says "this number does not exist" whenever we dail any RELIANZ no.Only in the Area of this tower we have this problem.
So I request you to kindly look into this and help us use BSNL Mobiles.

I am a bsnl mobile costomer of Karunagappally, of Kollam dist. of Kerala.from yesterday onwards there is no net work coverage here.i am denied the fecilities of mobile service since yesterday.my mobile no. is [protected].

BSNL Mobile — wrongly balance deduction

my mobile balance wrongly debited. i was having around Rs.220/- but suddenly i found my balance Rs.-8/-
only.i contact so many times to bsnl customer care but couldn't get solution. they only gave me complain docket no i.e.,B[protected] , B[protected] ,and B[protected] but till today i haven't got solution.

I am a prepaid customer of BSNL Haryana since many years. I got an sms on[protected] that BSNL is giving 20% extra talktime on top-up of Rs. 550/- MRP and above. I got recharge my mobile number [protected] on[protected] at 07:44 a.m., but i got talktime of Rs. 493/- only. I want my remaining balance.
i called customer care number [protected] three times, but don't get any solution. i send an email on BSNL mail id: [protected]@bsnl.co.in but there is no reply from that mail.

I am a BSNL Mobile user but now I am thinking to replace the sim card because of your worst customer care service. Some customer care executive like Mr.Yogesh, Ashok, Sanjay etc. I am sending SMS to activate GPRS service on my mobile on 18/02/2010. But after 72 hours there is no response to me. So I am tell us to your custemer service executive about this. He say to me after 48 hours your GPRS will be started. But there is no after few days i am again talk your customer executive Mr.Yogesh say me Your complaint was forwarded & there no.is 3633652 & also send this SMS & tell me you GPRS service will be activated in 24 to 72 hours. After 72 hourse there is no response. After that I am talking customer service executive he say me your complaint is forwarded & there no. is 3637083. After huge time today I was tried Iastly chance to talk with your customer service executive that time Mr. Ashok say same your complaint is forwarded & your complaint no. is same.
So I request you to kindly do the needful, at the earliest.

I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THE ABOVE, SINCE I HAVE NEVER INTENDED TO HAVE THE ABOVE SERVICE. I FELL, IT IS MERELY CHEATING CUSTOMERS. HENCE, I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT WHILE CREDITING THE SAME TO MY ACCOUNT AND TAKE STEPS TO PREVENT SUCH UNSCRUPULOUS THINGS IN FUTURE.

I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE FURTHER TIME ON THIS IN PURSUING THE MATTER EXCEPT SHIFTING TO SOME OTHER OPERATOR WHILE APPROACHING THE NECESSARY AUTHORITIES LIKE CONSUMER COURT ETC.

He is calling & disturbing me from the last two months, I’ve complaint on respective network operators but no any positive response recieved yet also i’ve tried to call that from my cell but he is not answering or recieving my fone calls. Plz guys plz plz plz, convey him to avoid call on my cell.
