BSNL — i was not able to receive incoming calls

((1)) i was not able to recieve incoming call on my bsnl prepaid connnection.my number is [protected].this error is coming from 7/10/2008.ANY ONE CAN HELP ME REGARDING MY PROBLEM .and aslo costmer care not supporting me regarding my problem.

((2)) AT [protected] i was aslo not able to activate the exlpower survice . i send the message EXLPOWER then number which i want to free and then send this message to 53733. no any one reply i was recived pls help anyone to solve out me from my problem.

((3)) i m also not able to activate the gprspre survice on my [protected] number .

pls HELP ME ABOUT MY PROBLEMS ...

BSNL — Unnecessary deduction of Charges

First, I got a GPRS Service Message – “Unlimited Download for 1 hour”. I have clicked on the GPRS Service Message only to view the page. The page contained number of games and at the end of the page there is a link which shows the cost of the games. I have visited that link to find out the cost of the game. When I found that the games cost Rs.100. I simply exit from the connection. I haven’t downloaded a single thing from the page. But after an hour or so I found Rs.100 has been deducted from my balance. I think this kind of cheating should be stopped as soon as possible. The message should contain the cost or this kind of message should be stopped.

BSNL — No information

With no respect I want to bring this to notice that your services are extremely poor & miserable.
You people are blot in the name of government.
Nobody picks up the phones, nobody replies on letters, no helpline replies, customer care agents who know nothing about BSNL or broadband.


You are a complete failure.
Even though, let me ask you through this mail, is there any way I can change my BSNL broadband login password. I have tried your expiring poor technology generated web pages which could never change passwords. The don't even open saying page cannot be displayed.
I will escalate this issue to communication ministry If i don't get reply on this.

BSNL — Migration to Dosti Plan

I'm a customer of BSNL for last 3 years.On 11th September, 2008. I migrate from normal prepaid to Dosti plan by Recharging with Rs 236 .But still now i.e. upto 13th october, 2008, I've not enjoy the facility.My mobile no. is [protected].

I am staying at Konnappa Agrahara, Electronic City Phase-1. One guy with mobile# [protected] approached me at my house stating that he is from BSNL Franchise and taken an application from Broadband. As I am interested to BSNL, I filled the appln. and handover the docs to him along with a deposit of 1200/-. This was happened almost 2 months back and when I am approaching this guy, he asked to call to his manager [protected]-shankarmoorthy -BSNL and he is not providing a good feedback. Please take this as a serious complaint and do avoid these frauds asap.

I have registered compolaint about my dead BSNL phone on 7/10 (Complaint No.35833) 9th was festival and due to my son's marriage I could not contact the Area Supervisor. On 11/10 I have contacted the concerned area Supervisor. After 2-3 attemp some body lifted the phone I told about my problem, the person who lifted the phone with a rude voice told me to first register your complaint and then talk to me, I told about my Complaint No. and requested him to come at the earlist and rectify the same, he told me very rude voice that why should I come and rectify your phone, I was shokcked to here the same from him. Then I told him then who will attend the same, he replied that I will send my line man and I am Supervisor, when I asked he has not disclosed his idendity. and told me that I cannot assure you that how many days it will take to rectify your phone and if you want you can make complaint against me to my superiors. Till date (14.10.08) my phone is dead. You are requested to instruct the concerned staff to rectify the above phone immediately and take action against such employee.

Dear Sir
I registered BSNL Calcutta telephone against my ICICI account for on line bill payment. In multiple cases the company do not present the bill to my account in proper tine resulting in unnecessary harrasement to my family members who are at home. Since I stay outside I am very much dependent on this arrangement. I need proper service of the phone also.
Like this month I have not received the bill on my account yet though the website of calcultta telephone is showing bill raised on 3/10/08 and to be paid by 25th. It has become a cause of anxiety every month. I want to draw the attention of the authority for a permanent solution to this.

Hi BSNL,

Appriciation for the BSNL Customer care.

Today my SIM got blocked ([protected]), I called the customer care at 00:15AM and i got a professional answer from the customer care and he helped me to put the PUK number and sloved the issue in no time.

After seeing various bad comments..i thought it will take hell lot of time to solve my problem...but its solved soon, i thank the person attended my call.
