[Resolved]  BSNL — PUK code

I've got the same problem. After one week they had sent some msgs but thr was no info about deactivating this service, they renewed it n charged abt 15 Rs.

Some one plz help...

Sir, suddenly I got a sms that Rs.25/- has been credited from my account from No.83523 with ref. No .[protected] on date 11.12.08 at 6.25pm. These days this has become a regular menace.A lot o[censored]ndesired sms are coming.Please do something.

sir i want to know the unique code of my bill as i was away from my home to pay bills online i need to register kinddly help

[protected]. This is my sim card Number. I had put in my PUK password provided by bsnl[protected], but it reports as code error. Earlier it was working. The problem got started after I wrongly put sim security code.

BSNL — Non Receipt of December bill

With presumed bill date 05.12.2008, neither the bill by post nor by email has arrived it. Being a senior citizen and limited locomotory ability a short time actually allowed between the receipt of the bill and last date is scaring me.

I have a bsnl broadband unlimited plan of 750 per month!
In the info card, there is written printed that 750 plan users get the speed 256kbs. My speed is 30kbs but now a days (1 or 2 days) my speed is divided by 10 - means 3kbs!

I had sumo sim (mobile) No;[protected] and using it. My last dialed No.is [protected].On 20th Dec 2008 at 4.30 p.m. while travelling I have lost my mobile. Immediately I contacted the BSNL customer care, as per their direction I have already sent fax message to[protected] number for the same effect.

Hence I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action in the matter, and until further requested for its activation kindly block mobile No:[protected] with immediate effect.

applied for new connection [LL] vide D/N No. N203266 on 18/08/2008 under Bhavnagar Telcome Dist. @ Bhavnagar. till date neither LL nor WLL proveded at my residence - Plot No.CM-240, Virani Chowk, Opp Maitri Complex, Kalia Bid, Bhavagar-364002.for net we have to depend on other services.my son needs Broadband for his studies. kindly do the needful to avoid cancellation.
