BSNL — no tele connection provided

Dear Sir,
Myself and one senior officer have applied for tele connection on 15 sep 08 and 24 sep 08 respectively at same loc i.e jammu...but til date there is no info about our connections. Detail are:-
(a) Sri S Mishra receipt No 0571349 Rs 500/- dt 15 Sep 08

Here i must bring out that we both are serving our nation and if soldiers like us are not given due care by such a able govt org like u than it certainly makes us worry. I m sure u will do the needful so that we can be provided with tele connection imdt...hope 2 see some imdt action on our cause of worry by your able and honest department like us.

BSNL — BSNL Landline is Out Of Order for Several Days

I live in Kolkata. I have a BSNL Landline connection[protected]. My phone is Out of Order for approx. 15 days. I had launched a Complaint regarding this and the Docket No. was V5257. Since then I have been lodging complaint every day but no action has been taken so far to rectify the problem. Yesterday when I again lodged a Complaint for the rectification, I found out that my previous Complaint was removed and I was given a fresh Complaint Docket No. ie. V8834 dated 21.10.08. It is surprising that without rectifing my Phone how can they remove my previous Complaint Docket Number. I am really very tired of lodging complaints every day. For about 15 days, my phone is Out of Order. Will BSNL lessen/charge me half of my Monthly Rental for not providing the service for half of the month? When will BSNL take action for rectification of my phone? I am a Senior Citizen and I am facing lots of problem due to the non-working of my phone for so many days. I am really very dissatisfied by the poor service of BSNL. Request you to kindly help me in this matter as soon as possible.

BSNL — Unexpected bill

I had BSNL broadband service under home paln 250 from 29/12/07 for the annual subscription of 2500, My home come under Barasat Exchange, Calcutta Telephone- (Pin 700124).Now I have applied for the change of paln from home 250 to home 500 combo plan. So BSNL have change it to home plan 500 on 26/09/08 . Home plan 500c offers 1.5 GB free with night limit(2-8AM). So I started downloading from that day. It was 7.219 GB shown in BSNL own http://10.240.89.199 portal and excluding night limit of "september" is 1.072 GB. But today they have sent bill of RS-/7272. Now what can I do .. pls help me

Hi Sir/Madam,
I had been using BSNL telephone since 2000 and we got the Broadband connection recently under Home 500c plan. My phone number is[protected]. I returned the modem to the concern authority and submitted a covering letter to Madhavaram Exchange, Chennai as I got my own modem purchased and hence requested for refund on Security Deposit. I received my monthly bill amount for Rs.2, 237/- for the month of September 2008. I had few clarifications regarding my bill amount, since there was an excess amount charged. So I called[protected] around 2.25PM on 23/08/208 thinking I would get my doubts clarified by BSNL personal. But my bad luck, one lady picked up the phone and never gave proper details regarding the bill amount. She was UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE to me. Finally I decided that I am not going to get any help from her and eventually when asked for the name, she said her name was Soundari, Accounts Officer. She hung up the call before I could complete my conversation. I am really astonished by the service which I received from an Accounts Officer. It made me feel so bad as this was a frustating experience which I never had through out my life time. I am not interested and have to think about continuing my relationship with BSNL Service.
I would like my September bill amount to be revised and send me the actual amount bill inorder to continue further with BSNL.

I would also like to escalate this matter to the higher officials. Awaiting yours reply on this.

frm last 1and half months...we have been complaing to mrs.iyer, mr.sankhale, mr.tiwari(lineman) and mr.rangare...fr our calller id.it is indeed very shocking tht we are playing tv serials of 'office office'.no one is serious to solve our problem.everyone is blamin the other.we have had a pathetic experience with bsnl.please if you can start our caller id.we'd be very thankful i[censored] culd do the solution on TIME and without any sought of CONFUSION...

sir, on 27/10/2008 ive lost my bsnl postpaid card..i think that someone has stollen it bcoz 2/3 times he/she has switched it on but after that he/she cuts the phone and the mobile again is out of coverage area.sir plz block my mobile service as soon as possible..thanksmy mobile no is [protected], i dont know my sim card no.sorry..

BSNL — stv 29 message pack

this message doesn't works. bsnl and its customer care are making people fool and looting them. bsnl is a big froad and its officers are corrupted.they are taking money from other telecom companies and cheating its subscribers.

BSNL — Dataone Plan Change

I Had Recently changed my dataone plan to unlimited and to my horror i saw my bill rising up. BSNL is not taking responsibility.
They should answer to the consumer court

Bb Service, BSNL — Disruption of service between 6pm and 2am

I have a consumer of BSNL broad Band Servicehave been for last 6 months.My Telephone bearing no.[protected] was shifted to Industrial Exchange from Dabagarden Exchange as my residece shifted from Gurkha Lines, Rly Colony to DLS Rly Quarters, Kanchrapalemduring 2nd week of Oct 08.

Ever since the phone is shifted, BB Service has been disrrupted through out the day, and most of the time unacessible. The JE concerned personally visited my connection, changed wiring etc, but the service is still unavailable during night. JE has even tried to solve the problem, by even changing Modem, but in vain.I am denied of BB service, during the period mentioned above daily.

I am using 'home 500C' plan of 1.5GB/month free, so the chargeable units are increasing even when I browse, so where did this 1.5GB gone

BSNL Excel Anant connection — Deduction of amount from my account

Dear Sir
I have an Excel Anant connection. The validity of my recharge coupon was 30.10.08. I forgot to recharge within the expiry date. When I ased for the balance amount in my credit on 01.11.08 morning, I received a message saying that my balance is zero.As I know that there is a grace period of 7(seven) days after expiry of validity, the message surprised me a lot.
I, therefore like to know the exact rule in this regard.If the rule permits, please return the amount deducted from my account
