i have subscribed to chatting service of bsnl through 55888. which says tht its free for 1 week. bt i have cum to know tht aftr one week money is charged without even informing. so i please want to cancel this service. wht method should i use to unsubscribe this service

My number is[protected]. the Internet speed is too slow and it takes much time to open any page.
Being heavily dependant on internet usage for many critical work, this poor service has caused a loss of time and frustration.

BSNL — About Advertising messages and calls made by BSNL

Sir, My name is manjunath, I am using the bsnl SIM from long time. I am getting the advertisement messages and calls from BSNL. I am getting headache(hatred) from these advertisement calls and messages made by BSNL. So kindly block these advertisement messages and calls made by BSNL.

i have also same problam.
and my download speed also very slow 5kbps to 7kbps last night.

bbservice.bsnl.in shows usage details.i have 500c plan in which i have night downloading free . But BSNL is charging for it and to make complaint they want print out of this site . and i am unable to open site bbservice.bsnl.in

My User Name bsdmp264101 and Passport is passport but any time errer and not started. jab se broad band connection liya hai tab ke main use nahi kar saka hu. Abhai Connetion Bilkul Band Pada hai. BSNL — non serious people

bsnl have announced all its customers to get the iteamized bill detail free of cost and when i approached to the local bsnl office they first told me we dont have any such service to give detail of bills after approaching to every person they told me to come on thursdy's then on tuesday's then on saturday's finally three months have passed till today and i have not received my detail... this company should be black listed

BSNL — Automatic change of plan

I am in the scheme of Excel-Anant Prepaid. I use to recharge once in a month and i get the six months validity. But, When i recharged my mobile last month, i got only one month validity and also i received the message that my excel plan has been changed and i could not activate my number thereafter. But my scheme is lifetime prepaid scheme. How is this possible? I need the solution.
