Dear Sir,This is to bring to your kind notice that I had recieved a message from BSNL to get info on Karva Chauth. Even after not responding to this message, I recvd a message saying that BSNL Allied Service for Karva Chauth has been activated and I am being charged a fee for this service. I had called up the customer care service of BSNL and it seems that the customer care professionals are quite inexperienced in such matters . I request your goodself to kindly look into this matter and do the necessry to Unsubscribe me from such offers in future as well.

My number is[protected].Disconnection of internet connection has always been a problem.At times It doesnt get connected the whole day with the error message that remote computer is unavailable.Since last 5 days the disonnection has been so frequent that it is difficult navigate from 1 link to another in a website.
The modem lights for power, link and PC/USb are on but still it doesnt get connected.Even If it gets connected then one cant even open a google.com page com.The packets received doesnt change that suggests that inspite of being connected there is no data transfer.It has already taken 2 hrs for me to reach this page and this is my third attempt to submit.
Being heavily dependant on internet usage for many critical work, this poor service has caused a loss of time and frustration.My complaint number is 26357

BSNL — faulty landline number
my home town land line number is [protected] gone faulty since last 60 days or more, unfortunately none of the local BSNL official is serious to restore the same.Not only thisland line of general area village- UBARPUR, BHATIYANA HAFIZPUR ARE OUT OF ORDER SINCE THAN.It seems to me to give advantage to the local private opperators some hand in gloves of BSNL EMPLOYEES HAVING naxus with them my sim was blocked i need puk no my mobile no [protected]

Telephone not working properly
Since last 6 months, my phone becomes dead frequently, & after making several complaints and frequent follow-up with AE and JE, my phone starts working only for a week. In my area, Field telephone department personals not coordinating with their superiors and it is indirectly affecting the public as we are in use of our paid telephone in emergency. Kindly take this issue as serious and do the needful for further proceed. For your information my complaint no:85199009 and my telephone is not working for the past one month and no one in the respective department cares for that.

Please refer to the above:
1. I do not understand this entry n the bill (the main body of the Bill):
“DEBITS (details furnished elsewhere): Rs.1804.99”
Pray, where exactly are the details furnished and what are they?
2. I can understand the item given on the left hand column of the bill as follows (since that is something I opted for):
“ANNUAL – PACKAGE CHARGE FOR PERIOD UPTO 17/10/2009: Rs. 1200.00”
But, then, I can’t understand, along with the above, the following entries:
“FIXD FRM: 01/09/2008 TO 18/10/2008, BMONTHLY RAT: Rs. 360.00”
What does “Bimonthly” mean? Is the duration of one month and eighteen days equivalent to a “bimonth” and, thus, liable for charging the full Rs. 360.00?
3. And then there is this curious entry in the left hand column:
“FIXD FRM 19/10/2008 TO 17/10/2008 BIMONTHLY RATE: Rs. 360.00”
And thus quite coolly another repetition of another Rs. 360.00 for a period of “minus three days” (or, what else is the meaning of “FRM 19/10/2008 to 17/10/2008”?) Why this repetition of Rs. 360/-?
4. Another entry is:
“SHORT COLLECTION OF SD-RS. 500.00 DEBITED: Rs. 500.00”
Actually, that amount is not to be debited but credited to my account.
5. Another entry:
“BRAODBAND-H-750 MODEM CHARGE TO 20/10/2008: Rs. 38.7
Actually, I had surrendered the modem physically to your Perintalmanna Office, and the Broadband connections too, on[protected] itself, vide my letter surrendering them.
Then, how come this charge?
6. And, finally, where is the refund due to me on account of my surrendering the Broadband connection in toto on[protected]?
I have to point out that I do not appreciate a reply orally to these
complaints of mine over the phone. On the other hand, I would request for clarification and replies in writing or by e-mail.

I didn't know my pin no. and so i mistakenly typed 3 wrong no.s in a row and now the sim is asking me for the puk no. ..please provide me informations about how to get my genuine puk number so that the sim card doesn't get blocked...my sim is provider is BSNL
