BSNL / landline and Broadband — Land line out of order for most of the time & careless attitude towards customers

Dear Sir,
I stay in DRDO Phase II, I have land line connection since past three months. Most of the time the connection is out of order. They can verify the veracity of my grievance with number of complaints I registered with them. Moreover they takes more that 12 to 15 hrs for the repair. Recently[protected] I gave request for the broad band connection. Even today[protected] the connection is not established. I went and collected the Modem personally from the lineman on[protected]. But the DSL connection is not yet provided. I tried to call the concerned officials but nobody picks up the phone.

I am very much upset with the service of BSNL

The Beautiful add "Hindustan bool raha hai" should be changed to "Hindustan roo raha hai"

my bsnl tune is not deactivate. i can try many time to custumer care number. but bsnl tune is not deactivate.my mobile number is [protected].

i recieved a bill this month from the office of bsnl and in there was an option of debit stating Rs.2552/- i want to know what does that mean what is this debit charged for

one month ago i apply for activation of a caller tune..bsnl charged for but nt give the particular song for calltune they play the bsnl theme on my mobile. i complaint it but they cant gave staisfied answer. now i want to deactivate it but i forgot that callertunes code..i complained on phone to custmer care but they said the they cant help on this topic. now how can i deactivate it..

BSNL — isd call

i even want to say that for the last few months i cannot make any isd calls from my prepaid no;- [protected]. please check it.

BSNL(CMD) — T.P.Deposit REfund Due Not Received from 2000 till date

Dear Sir,
I Aniganti Ashok, Applied a Land line phone in 1998 at Ramanthapur, Hyderabad./and i have got work order on the same year but i have not taken line for to change the address for land line . But i requested them by a letter for change of address but i have not get the phone till 2000. In 2000 i have applied for refund all letters of correspondence attached here with. I can not get my refund till date, mean while i go to tarnaka, gandhinagar accounts office they have telling me no records, then last month april-2009 i resubmitted all my zerox copies of ack.receipts for refund at Tarnaka Ex.JTO. Till date i have not received any information till date. Please help me to get my refund as early as possible RS.2000-00.

i have wll internet connection in kerala ciricle . we cannot acees some particular site (eg cbse) espiclly which is hosted by nic . i call the custmore care and told my problem but there is no respone frm their side so i request u to pls check in to this soon

BSNL — internet fault

i am a wll internetn user and ic annot acess the site hosted by nic .

BSNL Broadband Data-1 - 24738183 — Non-service of Broadband line

My Broadband connection No. is[protected]. No connectivity most of the time. Internel Service is not available in most of the time and whenever available it is not at a stretch. It comes frequently and went off all of a sudden. This problem persists for last one year. I have lodged so many complaint and personally contacted the official concerned but no solution was made. Inspite of the fact I am paying the monthly bill regularly.

Either you ensure the regular service or take back your all accessories given to me alongwith the Broadband service and I am not going to pay the monthly bill.

BSNL — Prepaid recharge error

I have recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile no. [protected] on 24 May 09. The recharge was done for Rs. 110 through online facility provided by BSNL. After recharge, 110/- deducted from my account but the phone was recharged for Rs. 30/- only, instead of Rs. 100/-.
