still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — Very Poor GPRS Service

I AM USING WB BSNL GPRS FACILITY IN MY MOBILE. BUT THE GPRS FACILITY WORKING VERY LOW SPEED 3.5 kbps. I PAY MONTHLY RENTAL Rs.152.

I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT IT IS A TEMPORARY PROBLEM.

BSNL Landline: 23437855 — Out of Order

My telephone number 23437855 is dead since two weeks. For each time I lodge a complaint iand I get a new docket number every time without rectifying the phone. Some of the document numbers which i am recollected from my memory is as follows: 1040, 1150, 026..., & today 234. My understanding is that once the complaint is lodged until it is repaired the docket will not get cancled. Any change in this policy may Please be informed to me as i being a customer. I hope that that your good office will take action to rectifying the phone immediately. i am fed up with complaining every day and this makes me miserable and has become a curse to have a BSNL telephone connections. When so many private companies are attending the customer complaint on spot. I feel pity with your service and praying god to get the system corrected. I am writing this letter as a last resort for getting it corrected. I will be much pleased if you send an email to me in my address regarding the above subject.

There is a similar problem with me. I updated my plan to home 750 unlimited on 1 May 2009. From that day the speeds have massively dropped to 20-30 Kbps, earlier it used to be 200-220 Kbps. Moreover, the network connection is very unstable. It gets disconnected every now and then.

Please help...

There is a solution to this problem related to time sync with server, I haven't tried it out yet.

BSNL — not able to view usage details

bbservice.bsnl.in website is not opening. since 2-3 days. pls see to it immediately.

BSNL landline phone no.04802808389 — No dial tone.

My telephone no.[protected] located at Kodungallur is not working frequently. It doesn't have dial tone since 5-5-09 completely. After lodging complaints, the technician informed me that he is unable to help as he cannot locate the defects.

In the past also problems persisted. On complaining, the technicians visit the place at their own leisure and give some excuses like - lane needs digging, cable not available, etc.etc.

Almost all other customers at my neighbourhood are having underground connections, while I have landline connection. and they don't give much importance to my lone case. Will somebody help?

BSNL — Shifting of Telephone no. 033-24456642

Dear Sir,

I have applied for shifting of my Telephone No. 24456642 on 18/03/09 vide your Behala Telephone Exchange docket no.97533.

Again I have made a request through website vide Docket No. SHTA00370 dt. 30/03/2009.

Till date the telephone has not been shifted to my new address at 88/4, Kalipada Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700008.

Please let me know why it is so much late for shifting of a telephone.

If you are not authorised to comment on the subject, please let me know to whom I have to contact ( contact no, email etc. )

Dear Sir maine apne mobile pe 50 ka recharge kraya tha per mere mobile me us smay recharge to ho gya per jab maine phon kiya to mera balance zero bataya gya maine complain bhi ke per koi response nahi mila

or agale din bhi maine 50 ka recharge karaya per phir mere 30 Rs. kat gaye

BSNL — Online TOP UP problem

I have made BSNL Top Up using online facility about 3 weeks before. But till date, the topup was not made to my mobile but the amount deduction was made from my bank account. I donot know what to do next in this regard. Proper customer care facility is not avaiable to answer.

BSNL — Phone Bills

Ridiculous to start with,



My name is Meenakshi Sundaram, my telephone number is[protected]. I have been using this phone from BSNL for the last 6 months. I received my first bill stating that “Due to Technical problem STD/ISD details cannot be supplied. I was under the impression that there is REAL technical problem. Then I received my second bill stating the same reason.



When I went to pay the bill at Dombivli (w) BSNL office, I was asked to submit a written complaint to the accounts department, which I did, No response until now. Then I was asked to call 1500, no response until now. Is this organization fit to run when as a customer I am eligible to receive detailed billing without any charge?



Also, I placed a request for my electronic facility to be availed, till now this is a facility which I am not able to enable in my phone. A service which I am eligible for and a complaint which I have placed for at least 10 times, with no resolution.



Also, the person who came to install the phone at my home took a bribe of Rs. 300/-????? For what, I have again placed this complaint at 1500 for no resolution. To add to my agony the gentleman who came to install the phone told me, he expected Rs. 500/- and why am I paying Rs. 300/-. I am ready to identify this person at any legal juncture you wish to.



With all good faith, I expect a resolution and not a bribe or a run around again. This is ridiculous from BSNL an organization run by the government of India.



Hope this is resolved immediately before I reach a consumer forum for compensation.

BSNL — Phone 0294-2452786 dead for more than 30 days

Dear Sir/ Madam

Our BSNL Landline phone[protected] is not working for more than 30 days. We have registered complaints against this to the local authoriyies but it has fallen on deaf ears. We have been told that since their is some problem in the underground wiring your phone is not working. Please note that despite the phone not working we have received a bill for the current month.

You are requested to look into this complain and ask instruct the local authorities to take immediate action.Failing which we would be forced to seek assistance from the consumer forum.

BSNL — about deduction of money without any preinformation

i've got bsnl lifetime connection.i've been using it for three years.then one day my almost 100 rs balance was made to zero.i kept on calling customer care then he replied that bsnl has changed its scheme now.a recharge of atleast rs 130 is to be done every 6 months or the sim will expire.earler this was rs 60.HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO ME WITHOUT SENDING ANY MESSAGE?
