what is SL-DN?

i have a prepaid no [protected]. Last month i had called to the BSNL customer care to deactivate my subscription. The person after some procedure told that my subscription will be deactivated. But today again Rs.10 has been deducted from my account. This is not fair. Please help me out of this.

My mobile phone bill is scaling new heights thanks to BSNL . Cricket alerts service got activated automatically and I don't really know how to deactivate it. It is surprising to find a trusted service network causing trouble to its customers . P

From last six months from my mobile balance account Rs. 20/- is deducted as job subscription packfrom every month . i have alredy informed to BSNL cutomercare 3-4 times but no positive response till today.It is requested to take positive action against SMS NO.56505020 & to stop of deduction of Rs.20 / month.

BSNL — Broadband Plan change not implemented

I have applied for plan change in BSNL Broadband on April 25th. I got information that the plan will change in beginning of May Month. But still today my plan is not changed. While enquiry they told now that they will change on June only.
Please take action on it.

I am Rakesh Sahani employee of the PCO of Mrs. Babita Agarwal having No[protected] Tinsukia, Chirapatty Road Near Federal Bank Tinsukia.
My PCO Line is not working since two weeks I complain this matter dailly but no responce I get from theOfficers .They tell it will be ok after two or three days but no result I found . They give me dailly a new no. of their officer to consult with them about this problem when I talk to that person he give me another persons no. for consult . I am really very hampered by this and the behaviour of the working persons of Tinsukia Assam Branch since these days.
Do the needful action about this matter.

I have a BSNL kolkata 99 sim .The STD rate in eastern india is rs 0.75/- per min. For a week they have charged me rs 1.00/-. I have complained several time but no result found.

BSNL people are Damaads.

My Broadband INFLATED charges and other complaints were lodged on several occassions but of vain. Not even the security deposit has been returned. My once upon a time telephone No. is/was 2555464.
