BSNL — my number show switch off whenever someone call me

my mobile no. is [protected].my no. is not working from[protected].when some one call me it show switch off.i already compalint to custmor care, he gave me a compalint no. [protected].but there is no response till now.please help me to solved my problem.thank u

I have had the similar complaint for the last 2 months, though i stay adjacent to ballygunge BSNL office but still even by personal complaint people are just not bothered and even today also the engineer says when my wife went there personally that it would be o.k, after a long insistence people from BSNL came and accepted that their was something wrong and corrected the fault, let me see how long it lasts.Attitude of people is very poor.I myself went to the office and till 11 a.m, there was no officer to whom complaint can be made ultimately getting late at work i came realising that if this is the state of affairs they would be closing their shop soon, as such today people do not depend upon BSNL for their phones, virtually mobile has replaced them, i hope somebody should look in to these complaint before people loose their faith in BSNL and look for alternate.As we customer are their source of income.

When i bought my new data card it was working very fine but after one month its working very slowly.
My data card modem speed is up to 153.6 kbps and now it is taking 40 sec. to open Google.
And it rarely working on Saturday and Sunday ever.

BSNL LAND LINE - 25374734 — DIAL TONE NOT PRESENT

My BSNL Land Line phone is dead for the past one month. I have made numerous compaints but there is no one to attend to them. My exchange belongs to the Brookefield area.

At this age of Delighting the consumers, I am really surprised to understand how BSNL survives with this terrible service.

Kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

hi good morning my internet connection is 750 sceme unlimited when i use the internet after hr or min actomatically internetconnection is disconnect i alredy complain but nobody response please check and to correct that problem

last two weeks, i can't open bbservice.bsnl.in, i have already contacted with local BSNL customercare at Kalyani, but they told that, "this problem generates from central server and we can do nothing."

I am informing them from March to cancel the tunes

i made an online top up to my mobile no [protected] through sbi internet banking for rs 55 on 31 05 09 morning but still it is not shown in my mobile balance amount i contacted customer care bsnl they only say wait for 1 hour, call after one hour like that but of no use kindly help please
