Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL landline-033-26779783 — No response for last 25 days

I complained for tel no. 26779783, 25 days before, but as of date no person attended the complaint.
I am sufferring huge financial losses due to the nonfunctioning of the telephone. I am having a patient in mu house where contacts with the doctors and relatives is very essential. Request you to repair the telephone urgently otherwise, I will change to other landline service.

Also I like to infor that I was out from my house from 1st Feb 09 to 3rd May 09. So request you to give me rent rebate.

The site of bsnl portal i.e http://bbservice.bsnl.in when logged in does not show the broadband usage of MAY 2009 month. It simply says no records found. How can we trust the bsnl and after doing late they might even change the data usage, whch may lead to tremendous amount of bills.
Pls. this has to be corrected soon.
My SIM has got blocked. SIM no is t[protected] and mob no is [protected].

Plz send me the PUK no to unlock it. Your customer care at [protected] kept me waiting for 35 min b4 i disconnected the phone.

BSNL — NOT DEACTIVATED LKLB PREMIUM PLAN

I had deactivated my this LKLB Premium Plan by dialing[protected] and by the auto answering machine I was informed that my LKLB Premium plan have deactivated but in my last phone bill for the period from 01/02/2009 to 31/03/2009 the amount Rs. 171/- of LKLB premium plan have been continued.
My prepaid mobile no is [protected].My present balance is more than rs.400..but it is not working properly.My complaint launched on 11/05/2009 & 14/05/2009 has not been solved yet

I have applied for the new connection on 04/03/2009 and deposited Rs. 500/- on the name of Mrs. Ashaben Rajendrababu Gupta (D/N No N952069) (Address:- 9, umiya Appt, Opp. Ramdev Temple C P Nagar Cross Road Ghatlodia Gam). Today is 14/05/2009, till today I have not got any satisfactory response from your department that why they have not installed the telephone connection at my place.



I sent my person more than 10 times at your Naranpura office, but every time your department has not given any satisfactory response. They always give some of Mr. Patel number [protected], [protected] but they also didn't give me any response.

Lastly before 15-20 days I visited personally at your naranpura department and talked with Mr. Patel at 2nd floor, they told me that the concern person will come to my place, but till today no one has taken care to even call me. I am not at all interested in visiting your department again and again for the same query.



Is this the service you are providing to the customer? Please consider this my written cancellation application for that new connection and send my deposit back as soon as possible with the Interest, penalty and Apology letter, otherwise I will take the legal action against your department and the concerned persons.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a bsnl user for the past one month.My number is 24712617.My broad band is not working for the past 3 months.The officers were not responding for my complaints.This response was very pathetic and i got fed up.Now i shifted to new ISP.So I recommend not to use this service.

i rahul have problem with my prepaid number [protected] .. i buy a sms voucher of rs 50 coupon but it was not sucesful. but when i told to customer care then he make me fool like do this or else i do all the things but no effect on my error so plz help i have very angry with bsnl customer service he is making only fool
