I, bhim-sen-puri (Senior citizen) have the bsnl land line connection last 20 years in haridwar(uttarakhand), but the limits is now over, every month there is always problem in my land line. i am so upset the staf[censored] appointed in telecom department is totally pathetic, they are illetrate, no human sense.why u appointed those type of people. now the days educated guys moving here and there rooming for the searching the jobs.
last 15 days my connectetion is not working, if my land line is not working then why we pay u the monthly rent?

what is the procedure to witdrawl my connection.

now i understand that why private operator are leading with u.

I also have tried to topup my mobile but after payment the billdesk does not return back to bsnl portal stating that transaction error occured. This happened to me 2 times. The BSNL Site is slow, better the officials take necessary action on this

BSNL — Unfair, Illegal Arbitrary deduction of money from Prepaid mobile

Dear Citizens and all the concerned and honourable friends

This mail is just one of the steps to fight corruption in the system.
I hope you will co-operate.
I want to complain against the unchecked & arbitrary behaviour of BSNL and other companies whereby they Loot public money just like they want.
e.g. My mobile No. was shown a deduction of about 35 Rs. Later a message flashes that some charges have been deducted for caller tune. There was no question of my consent for it. They Never got my consent for it. Nor would I have given my consent for these foolish services.
They must be made accountable for playing fraud on Indian Public and for causing them Wrongful Loss of Crores of Rs. this way.

My BSNL Telehone and broadband connection in the name of G.shanmugam Resided at #9, old no. 3A, 2nd Street Bharathipuram, Chromepet Chennai-600044.Bearing telephone no.[protected] .All my grievances to concerned authorities orally, by mail and written statements have gone to deaf ears. All other connections in my neighbour hood is working fine.

Four months back i got a message of activating my caller tunes though i never applied to it.
Calling customer complaint was of no help repeatedly.
Now every month i get a message of renewing my caller tune without giving an option of continue or discontinue.
I also get charged for it every month.
I do not want it. Pl get it deactivated

BSNL — Non-delivery of post.

Dear Sir,
From BSNL, RTTC Mysore a letter was sent by registered AD post to Bangalore on 25/6/9. Still after 23 days (17/06/09) the letter has not been delivered. There is no system on the postal department site to track the letter. The postal authorities do not inform anything. They say the waiting period is one month only after that any action would be taken. What is the procedure further?

My phone is locked due to continuosly entering wrong security code.i dont have puk code.Can you please provide me with the duplicate puk code.

I purchased a data card BSNL EVDO (Phone No. [protected]) the BSNL dealer M/s Agrawal's (Kankurgachi) Vide invoice No. 44 dtd 18/4/2009 on payment of Rs 2912/-.

Right since the begining, I am unable to use the card. Initially I expressed my problem to the dealer. But he failed to resolve the issue. Finally on 25/05/2009 I made a complaint on helpline no. [protected] and got a complaint no. 33809. Again I requested the helpline and a new number was generated. I wrote to DGM (Sales) and DE (Sales). But no result.

Till writing of this mail i.e. 17/6/2009, I have neither received any help nor any communication from BSNL.

More than a month have past without using the instrument though I have paid all the dues till date.

I feel BSNL's followup service is miserable and the mechnism to resolve complaints needs quick strengthening.

I am residence o[censored]dumalpet . For getting registered post or other like passport delivery .post man asking huge amount bribe .For every registered post asking Rupees 50 to 100 . If not given they does not deliver any letter to us . If we asked about it . Nobody in such a name and address So we send letter where it was came from . So i can't Bsnl hall ticket because of this.
