Sir I request for my incoming and outgoing call list during May to jun -2009, It is important for me because i lost my cell due to some physical dammage(but my sim is safe).

On the subject captioned above, I am submitting the following facts for your consideration and immediate necessary action:-
1. That I have got installed WLL FWT Connection
2. That I was assured that this connection will give the speed of 128 kbps.
3. I am check my internet speed with the help of speedometer which show only 23.08kbps.
So many times, I have contacted to your customer care, but inspite of my repeated pursuation, net speed is not being improved at all.
But mtnl not taken any action on this problem or necessary action to improve the net speed on this connection please.

This is santhakumar. I locked my sim yesterday, but now its unlocked through the BSNL customer service. I called the customer service and gave the sim no which is written on the sim and they provided me the PUK code and the PIN no. I entered the given nos and unlocked the SIM. Thanks for the service.

i could not access the site http://bbservice.bsnl.in and the usage had not shown . But other information has been displaying .And the usage of internet, is vital to everybody who is using internet. if the faulty internet usage will come, there is no other option for the consumer.
BSNL — Request for detailed Phone Bill
Dear Sir,My head a small out-post of a multinational company and i have a BSNL landline. I need a detailed bill including local calls to monitor the smalls going out.
On repeated request to the customer care my request has been turned down.
BSNL — REG:Pulse as per plan should be charged after 60 Seconds while in actual it is being charged after 58 seconds
Dear sir/Madam,I have BSNL Pre-paid connection no [protected].As per BSNL per pulse rate should be of 60 seconds but in actual it is charged after 58seconds initially then next charged after 60seconds. Also due to change of Handset charged 2Rs. for each time.
This is a common problem for all and I release this from last one year.My average use in month is Rs. 750/-.Due to my job profile & use I have to change SIM card 5-6 times in a single day so i lost 10-12 Rupees Daily.
Please take neccessary action and do needful against BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited).

I had a similar experience. They collect over a hundred rupees and issue a duplicate SIM with same number. It all depends on people who are sitting at the counters in BSNL at the time. I request the consumer forum to represent the matter to concerned authorities and make it compulsory issue phone number and Phone Unlock Key(PUK)number along with SIM card.

i have been using the bsnl broadband(home 500c plan) for 20 months now.
since two weeks i have been experiencing very slow speeds at night i.e in the unlimited time(2-8 am)
generally i use to get speeds of 1.6-1.9 Mbps(200-230 KBps) always, but from past two weeks i am getting very low speeds of the range 70-180Kbps(9-20 KBps) at night but in the day time i am getting the same high speeds(1.6-1.9 mbps)
is anyone having this problem?

BSNL 500c — less speed at night
