BSNL — callertune started without notice

company started caleertune service on my bsnl prepaid mobile number [protected].

i didn't asked for that .

now i want to remove that and also company is not removing this service on my request which i made several times.

i think bsnl was top some yrs before but its trying to get worse now.

My BSNL land line telephone no is[protected] name of purushottam dass sharma .this telephone is dead from last three week I louged conpaints dated 6th july, 2009 on BSNL vaishali nagar jaipur office[protected].
but till now date 20 july 2009 my telephone not working condition (bsnl land line not repaire falt till date )
Mr BUNKAR (bsnl land line falt repair incharge) & other department officers not given any satisfection reply.to me. thare were everbody help less condition. how it can posible. my all bill are or
deposites timely.

BSNL — regarding the monthly post paid mobile bills

First and formost the problem faced is the lack of delivery of the mobile bills. One has to go nad collect the bills. since our residence is in a very remote place, going and fetching the bills is not possible on our part. Apart from that if we take out duplicate bills from internet same bills are repeated not to forget mentioning that the paid bills are added in the current bills as outstanding amount. As a result many a times we end up paying the same bill over and over again.
hpe you look into the matter. I am a resident of Rajiv Gandhi University, Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh. I am told that the responsibility of distribution of the bills is given to a local private company. If they are unable to get the job done why don't BSNL look into the matter seriously. hoping for some fast response.

My BSNL Landline No.2894631 addressed to 602 AHLCON, Appartment, Sector - 2 Vaishali, Gzb is not working since 29.06.09. I have lodged so many complaints on Tele No. No 2772198 complain No. 295 & Tel No. 2711223 Complaint No. 628 on 2 Jul. But unfortunately none of my plea has been resolved. I am feeling helpless please look into it.

Bbservice BSNL.in — frequent break in service, noisy phone

Resident of Kalyanpur Lucknow, I am having BSNL telephone[protected] and DSL service. Since I got the DSL service, my phone is too noisy and have to repeat every sentence several times as well as internet never stays online continuous even for 5 minutes.
After several complaints no effect. Perhaps BSNL has no ears to listen or they dont care their customers. I am cursing the time when I decided to choose BSNL. A worst decision of my life.

I REQUEST ALL MY NATIVES PLEASE KEEP AWAY WITH BSNL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SMILES ALIVE ON YOUR FACE.

I ( srinivas puramshetty, num is [protected] and sim num is[protected]N) was taken ago 6 months sim from bsnl office. but now when im insert my sim card into mobile then that shown like "insert sim" from last one day onwards. why? so plss solve my problem as erly as possible, because of i have important nums in that sim and at the same time that num must to me.

BSNL — NO Response- Irresponsible ACT

Dear ALL,
I have applied for a bsnl broadband connection on june 30th, but is is very surprising for me that no one wants to take care of it. I have met personally DE(Rahika Branch), Commercial officer(Rahika Branch), DGM (Tirumalgiri) & Area Manager (Tirumalgiri) but no one feels like working. AS it is a Governmet placed Telecom that doesnt mean that people should be that much leisure on this activities. I believe BSNL during this last 150 years had very good time to build up there network & increase there businees & profits, but the old fat personalities which are still working made BSNL to go under a Vain. LIke a person when goes to collect his option, you could see complete negligence in concern office, in the same way we are likely paying for the service which we are taking from BSNL telecom, but peopel are least bothered to speard the business & connections. Its an ashamed act & people can resign for the brutal services which you are providing.

I am new to this portal, if any once can react to it, i can prove the bleady idiotic behaviour of the BSNL employees & the ashamed services & responce.
