Since installation of broadband connection error code 691 is coming, I have complained to concerned officer of Bhagalpur exchang but no solution still come up.

Sir,
With due respect I beg the the following facts for urs kind consideration, that I m the users of west bengal, Kharagpur telecom of paschim medinipur dist had dissapoint wth urs Bsnl company.
I had apply for connection on 24.09.2008 and I got the connection on 17.11.08 but my bill attached frm the mnth whch I had been applied and their is alot of dispute in my billing whch the ATRc mam couldn't solve my problem. Another dispute with my consumer executive for my portal password whch was given wrong at first passwrd and when asked for my portal password he forced me for my private password and I said straightly no.Then after i put the application towards to SDET office and aftr 7 Days Bsnl executive came and gave the portal password. the portal was not macthing wth the previous one which was given through Bsnl consumer department wrong portal pass:fag[protected] and the right one sag[protected] . So I am upset wth Bsnl services which gave full of Harrasment and irritates me .many many of comlpaints I had to made but its not meant for this online . so sir I had dissconectted it without paying my due bills for this above reason . so try to resolve me frm ths problem.

sir we are the one of the bsnl land line users, , and the region is konaipally mo:nangoonoor, siddipet region ., medak dist, andhra pradesh
our land line connection had been dead for last 3 months no one giving responce in the local siddipet bsnl office
we are facing a lot of trouble with that thing so please kindly instruct the bsnl officials for our connection

BSNL — UNABLE TO ACCESS GMAIL

i was using internet at home from last 4 months.we are having a bsnl broadband connection. from last 1 week i am not able to open my gmail and orkut. when i am trying to open it is showing that the security certificate has been revoked.

BSNL — BSNL land line unserviceble

Sir,

1. I own BSNL land line no[protected] at jaipur. As i am a combatant member of Indian Air Force, i was on short leave to my home town Jaipur last month (Jun 09).
2. My phone was dead on 22nd of Jun 09, and i booked the complained to customer care (1500) on same day. As i was very much in need of telephone communication to accomplish my many urgent jobs in limited time period (due to leave duration), i regularly reminded the customer care (no. 1500) regarding my complain. But nothing fruitful happened.
3. Finally on 01 Jul 09, I visited Vidyadhar nagar BSNL office, leaving my all important jobs. I met concerned SDO, He told me that as per available information to him, my complain of 22nd has been rectified on 25th itself, but it was not true. Further he told me that he has so many important jobs, so let me leave his office. Further I met with area manager, and I got my telephone connection repaired on 02 Jul 09. And the same day I left my home for my duty place leaving all my important jobs pending.

My questions are :

1. Why BSNL maintain such system that rectifies complains in their computer only?
2. Is it mandatory to visit the user to BSNL office and meet the higher official to get the complained rectified?
3. Was there any valid cause like area flooded, main cable broken or etc, due which my phone could not be made serviceable?
4. Who is responsible for my inconvenience physical and mental?
5. What BSNL will do for not repeating such type of incidents?
