but totally bill column fixed monthly charges Rs. 203.23 what is the mistake please pay to adjusted bill amount is 551/- 337/- 336/- 331/- on 101-09, 12-2-09, 18-3-09 and 18-4-03 at Tambaram post mater to paid to cheque no 2548, 612110, 2558 and 5364 please enquiry and re bill fresh bill to send in my address

BSNL — transfer of phone

i have filled an application for transfer of bsnl landline 3 week ago.they told me that it wil be done in 2 day time but three week have passed and still there is no response from bsnl.I go there n they just make excuses n say that it wil b done.from the past 12 years we are using that number and want to retain that number.land line number is [protected]

Hi i have a nokia 1100, the phone is asking for a puk code, when i switch on the phone. probably i think its the puk code. i tried all numbers from default 12345 to most combinations, but it keeps saying code error, i also tried different sim cards it still does the same. Iam not sure how to release it, please help me out.

BSNL Data One Modem — USER ACCOUNT DETAILS COULD NOT BE SEEN

At all times, I could not see daily used broadband service, daily chart, total monthly chart so as to enable me to control myself within the permissible limit of 1.5GM to me. How can I see those details every day? Please tell me.

BSNL Broadband — Not working for last 2 months

BSNL broadband connection not working for the last 2 months. No resolution even after making complaints every single day. Even speaking to Divisional Engineer; Area Manager; Customer Service and directly to the person responsible for the area did not get any resolution.
I have spoken on least 20 different numbers in the last 2 months but nobody seems to care.
My number is 25265106 and falls under Indiranagar Telephone Exchange.

BSNL — fake sms and loss of balance

I got a message from "TM Congrats" that you are a winner and you have won $2500 cash prize, call on +[protected] to claim after that i call on that number and charged by Rs. 10 per min.

BSNL — my out going call are barred

i have got a new sim for no. [protected] which was stollen. but my outgoing calls are barred till now i have taken new sim.

Star — Migration from Saral Anant to STAR

I have received SMS confirming that my plan would be changed shortly on 1st July, 2009. I have not yet received the migration to STAR till today. Kindly revert what I need to do as my BSNL sim card Cell no: [protected] is due to Recharge on 3rd July, 2009.

Broadband +landline Phone - BSNL — Phone is not working & Bill plan is wrong

Hi,

We are following up with BSNL Dept for the last 3 months for the bill plan which they are providing us is wrong. We have applied for 500 C plan but they are giving us bill according to 500 C+ plan regarding this I have submitted many application but they are not considering the same.

ALSO DURING THIS PERIOD THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED OUR PHONE THRICE DUE TO WHICH WE ARE FACING PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. NOW FROM LAST FOUR DAYS OUR PHONE IS DEAD BUT THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON IT.

Pls, look into this and suggest the appropriate solution for the same.
