My Phone No is [protected].On 25.07.09, I have received a Bill of Rs 884/- in which the earlier unpaid amount is Rs 663/-.But I have paid those amounts in due time vide receipt no. -002235, dt.-27.05.09 & 001435, dt.-24.06.09 respectively.The amounts were paid through A/c Payee Cheque and the amounts were subsequently debited from my account.Instead of that this GHOST-BILL has came and I am simply confused.You are requested to please rectify my Bill so that I can not be harassed furthermore.

BSNL — bsnl dialer tone activate automatically and they charging for that

Bsnl dialler tone activates automatically and they are charging around 30 for that. Imagine if it is happening for 1000000 peoples in India they are taking a total of Rs.30000000 from us. please do something to stop this. Costumer care is not helping and they talk in very rude manner than other mobile operators costumer care.

BSNL b/band — useless customer scare center(1500)

what for your b/band c/care cent. is there? being unable to check my b/band usages in an usual manner i am trying to contact them since last 24 hrs but your no-1500 has forced me to listen the music since that time till now. how it can be ?how my turn has not come in 24 hrs to talk to c/care executive?thios is really joke of the century.

i have changed my bsnl braodband plan from the previous 250 to 500c+.but now at the time of surfing the server erratically disconnects, please solve my problame as soon as possieble .

BSNL — gprs is not working properly

I am using GPRS -199 plan on my postpaid connection.
i am facing problems with Network.
It is showing error msg: "Temporary Network Problem "

BSNL — CALL DROPPING AND POOR NETWORK

My mob ph No is [protected], Danapur near Patna. I heard the BSNL services are best in the country, so took the connection recently. But I am most diappointed to see its performance and reception. On top of, call dropping in case of BSNL is most frequent. I never had such a worst experience of call dropping which is most annoying. I conved the problem of call dropping to Mr. Promod Kumar, who supposedly is the DGM, Patana region, dealing with the problem, but the problem is not attended, the reasons of which seem to b that BSNL is Govt.Undertaking and no authorities can do any thing to them, irrespective, whether they do their duties in any manner. Any Competent authority of BSNL if exists, may ask some one in the area to look into the problem please.

BSNL — Lost Mobile Disabling SIM CARD

Sir/Madam,

I have lost my mobile one hour back near Yadagiri Theater, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad. The number is [protected]. I want to lock my sim card. It is post paid. I do not want it to be misused. My mobile is a motorola model.

Please help me lock my current sim card immediately and procedure to get a new one.
