I have made online payment of telephone bill on 22 Sep 09 and bank given me confirmation as the process was success and deducted the amount from my accounts but the BSNL portal still showing the process as "awaiting confirmation from bank" and still showing the bill as outstanding.

We have not recevied our services (Boardband) from last one month we have many time complaint in dausa (Raj.) BSNL consumer office but BSNL officers not give any response we are facing many trouble for this services.

Hello,I am getting a continuous call from this item girl in bangalore. Her mobile number is [protected]. Her name is anu and agent name is sabeer. This agent has many girls for this kind of business.
They are calling like airtel, vodafone and after that they are speaking about place, rates, etc.
please consider this as serious and take necessary steps.

BSNL — LANDLINE TELEPHONE DEAD SINCE 4 DAYS (7832938)
Telephone number -7832938My telephone has been dead from past 4 days. I have lodged a complaint for more than 6 times to 7832198(Docket number-37/42 ) but stil no action has been taken .Never they respond properly.
This has caused problem to my business has i keep getting many incoming calls.So i kindly requset u to take the action immediately.
BSNL — poor speed
Dear sir,I have been suffering from low internet speed these days. We had previously lodged complaint about no link connectivity. Now connectivity is O.K. but speed is not proper. I have been using broadband plan with speed 256kbps.

last seven days my land is not working. Iam fedup with land line connection. After this complain if it is not working properly I will surrender my connection.
My land line Number is 23376019 last few days it is out of order. several times I complain but till it is out of order. Now I have decide if it is not working immediately, I will surrender my landline connection.
Mr Dhruba Ganguly it seems that you had sent incorrect messages to 53733 where you should have sent this:-"CHGPLN ANANT TO SARAL" & see what happens then, even I sent twice the correct messages but they did not response to it.
i have a nokia 5310 xpress music. i dont know how, but somehow this pin code thing popped up when i switched on the cell.. i provided it with a code and then it got blocked and asked for the puk code...i gave another code and then it said to make a new pin code and verify it.. i did all that and now my sim has got rejected and even though my cell is switched on ..its its behaving in the switch off mode... what should i do??? its no longer responding at all ! when i switch on ma cell ..all it says is "The SIM has been rejected" and nothing else... please help me out!
BSNL — Speed much lower than guaranteed
I bought a postpaid USB GSM EDGE modem from BSNL,nagercoil at the cost of Rs.4200(Rs.3300(modem charges) +Rs 900(monthly charge))
they promised speed of 236.4 kbps but the speed is very low.Only equivalent to 144kbps connection.
when i complaint them.they are saying speed will be like that only.I inquired them about returning the
modem.They said no money will be refunded.Please help me in this.

I require PUK CODE of my mob no [protected]. It has been locked from past 1 week. when i have called to bsnl customer care the response was only that the SERVER DOWN. I request the consumer forum to represent the matter to concerned authorities and make it compulsory issue phone number and Phone Unlock Key(PUK)number along with SIM card @least for other customers. But, now I require the PUK NO E Mail to my ID as soon as possible
