[Resolved]  BSNL — PUK code

My cell no.is [protected] which is an EXCEL ANAND connection. I didnot subscribe for FHM VOD, but charges of Rs.5/- per day is being deducted from my account everyday for the past 4 days by CELLONE GALAXY. Thus i have already lost Rs.20/- So, please deactivate this service from my mobile number immidiately. Also I inform that I didnot have any subid etc., from this FHM VOD. This is an unauthorised deduction without giving any information to the subscriber.

BSNL — want disconnect hello tune

i am using bsnl dial up internet by making 230rs unlimted gprs recharge but there is error in speed and many times error in opening page it is very slow in opening a page

BSNL BROADBAND DATA ONE — Speed is very very low

I have taken BSNL broadband connection in last month in Shipra Sun City Ghaziabad, phone no.[protected]. The speed is too low that i am not able to down load files. When I made the complaint they told that there is some fault in the phone line, they will change the telephone cable, but upto now they have not taken any action. After repeated complaints, now no body is listening. From the last one month they have not given any response.

I do not know to whom i have to farward the matter.

Most of the times I am not able to get my usage a/c. The site always says error.it is very rarely we get the site corrctly. In aug.09 it was very bad. Evwen today I am not getting the site. Pl. look into that.

I have made BSNL Top Up using online facility today. But till date, the topup was not made to my mobile but the amount deduction was made from my bank account{S.B.I}purulia branch.
