Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

I'm also facing the same problem for more than a week. The bsnl customer care executives didnt respond properly. My mob no. [protected]. Anyone please help me in knowing how to deactivate fhm vod subscription as rs.5 is deducted for me daily.

Excecutives had said that surfing speed will be 110 kpbs & downloading speed will be 50 kbps but both the speeds are fake and not provided.

BSNL — Problem in new connection
My name is Chandreswar Mahata, Vill- Raipur, Dist-Bankura, West Bengal.I purchase a sim from retailer with rupees 300 10days ago. I don't why my connection is not activated till now. I asked them but they said that it is very usual by BSNL and also said that BSNL
make this delay normally. Please take some nesssery action for my connection.

Hi i have a nokia 6030, the phone is asking for a security code, when i switch on the phone. probably i think its the sim pin. i tried all numbers from default 12345 to most combinations, but it keeps saying code error, i also tried different sim cards it still does the same.
