BSNL Power pack — not getting last call balance
hi iam using BSNL sim since from 2007 aug , powerpack from 2009 jan, but i dint getting last call balance from *102#, & it displays as "subscriber not found".thank you

I am a BSNL mobile customer & my mobile no [protected]. From last six months from my mobile balance account Rs. 20/- is deducted as job subscription packfrom every month . i have alredy informed to BSNL cutomercare 3-4 times but no positive response till today.It is requested to take positive action against SMS NO.56505020 & to stop of deduction of Rs.20 / month.

BSNL — my landline phone is not working properly from 2 month.
sir,my phone is not working properly from last 2month.i have registered my complaint several times but there is no action taken
regarding this complaint... i'll meet S.D.O several times but he always said .your phone will be
fixed today..but his today never comes..and 2 month pass....

Bsnl temporoarily disconnected my landline phone, but i have paid all my bills. i dont know why they disconnected my landline phone.BSNL — poor web maintenance
hithe site data.bsnl.in which is the only(known) way to check one's broadband usage, never opens until I try and try for at least 30 minutes... and sometimes even that is not enough. I am new to bsnl BB service and am shocked that an ISP of bsnl's repute actually can't even maintain a high traffic website properly. Please repair your site or provide us an alternative to view our BB usage... And seriously, learn from the likes of Google- THAT is called traffic management.

BSNL — excess and wrong billing
Sir,I have taken new landline connection from your Mirzapur exchange on 27.05.2009 vide no[protected]. I got my first bill in July'09 vide bill no[protected]/06.07.2009 against my consumer no[protected] for Rs.4242.00. Here I saw that this number which was alloted early not updated in computer. My closing meter reading is 156 but you charged me for 1723. Secondly you have charged adv. rental deposit for Rs1320.00 which is not applicable in my case. After telephonic discussion with Mirzapur representative,they assured me for rectification. When I went to deposit the amount in last due date, they told me that your rectified amount is Rs.2093.00. It is also not correct.They told me that first you deposit the amount, then give a complain for rerectification. I deposited the amount and gave a written complain through Shaktinagar Exchange. After that I did not get any reply and bill of July'09 also. On Sept'09, I got my second bill vide no[protected] dt. 06.09.2009 for Rs.452.00 and outstanding bill of Rs1000.00 against bill no[protected] dt. 06.08.2009. I surprised that,how a Navratna company's service will be like this. Instead of adjusting my excess bill, you have claimed for outstanding bill. Please rectify my bill and inform me the correct amount for deposit within due date.6865
I hope you must take action before 28.09.2009.

BSNL — SIM Offer activation
I took a BSNL sim on 07.09.09.This is Dosti offered SIM.I send sms for Dosti activation on 11.09.09.But this is not activated till now.I am so harassed from the customer care.My mobile number is [protected] & complain number at customer care is 3754552.please take necessary steps to acctivate the offer as soon as possible. pls change my dialer tone from shirdi wale sai baba from chalte chalte mere ya geet yaad rakkhna kabhi al vida na khna.
I AM NOT ABLE TO GET PUK CODE OF MY MOBILE NO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FROM PAST 5 DAYS IT IS THE SERVICE U RENDER FOR UR BSNL CUSTOMER. TO BE FRANK WE ARENT SATISFIED WITH UR BSNL SERVICES.
