BSNL — unsubscribing BSNL tune (56700)
My mobile no. is [protected]. Few months back, a caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for the same. After every 30 days, they are deducting Rs30/- without taking my coonsent. Its really not fare with the customer.It will give a negative impact over BSNL image. Pl. do the needful to unscribe this service for my cell phone.regards,

Before one month or so we were the proud owner's of BSNL services. We are having our landline number[protected]. We have also taken the Broadband services of BSNL.One fine day our landline stopped working which we came to know when OUR Broadband was not working. Actully, the broadband never worked well for which we are paying 750 Rs. a month. Then we did a complain from our mobile. As informed by the officer, it was supposed to be resolved in one day. And we had a faith on them, but that one day never came although after that 30 more oneday's gone. We made a written complain, but all in vein.
Today, it has started after one month and five days. today, I am thinking of closing my landline and broadband for which i paid useless 750 per month and still paying. I always feel Old is Gold and, had a trust on government bodies.
But in last one month I felt as I did a crime by having BSNL line and their broadband services. Should I switch over to private companies for better services ? At this BSNL office, the scenerio is just like of the serial OFFICE OFFICE, where PANKAJ KAPOOR ( the innocent common man ) has to just come again and again and the problem does not get resolved.

BSNL — UNSUBSCRIBE FHM VOD SERVICE
In my phone No [protected],I accidentally subscribe FHM VOD service and Rs 5/- per day is deducting from my account.Now I want to deactivate this subscription.When I contacted with the customer care centre of BSNL,they said that they are helpless in this matter. The telephone no. 2510114 is not working from last week. The complaints have been made several times at surajkund exchange on the 2512525 & 2512050 nos. but the problem is still unsolved.You are requested to please solve the same otherwise the surrender of this no. is only the option because the same problem repetedly we are facing from last few months.

BSNL Broadband — Unacceptable customer service
Due to some problem of BSNL we do not have broadband connection for over 3 months. Innumerable compaints have been made to their customer care, without any response. There are so many numbers given for this service, but no one answers any of them. And when they do, they do not provide any information as to how to go about rectifying it. On top of that they are rude. Also, for any service which requires them to visit our residence, they do not come when there are people in the house, inspite of telling them that. Please assist as we are tired of trying to reach out to them.BSNL — Register with dnc act in [email protected]

Dear SirI was holding the Tel.No:[protected] upto 27.07.09 and I have surrended on the same date vide DV No: [protected].,.
At the time of surrending and requesting for security deposit, BSNL, Tarnaka had informed that, the refund will be given in 10 days time. Even after 45 days I have not received my refund amount of Rs.3000/- yet.
During this period, I have purchased mobile instrument and I have paid some amount through credit card. Due to non receipt of my security deposit, i am unable to pay the credit card payment also.
In this connection, I have contacted somany telephone numbers on various dates,
the telephone numbers I have contacted are :[protected]Area manager),[protected] Comm),[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] CAO), [protected](CAO)
During my follow up with personally and over phones, no one have shown interest for the status of refund, rathar, they have shown interest for giving other telephone number.
Hence, I request you to look into this and make arrangement for refund of my security dep.of Rs.3000/- along with interest for delay in the payment + my phone call charges and conveyance exp. of Rs.150/-
