BSNL — unavailability of service,they are given on DOSTI sim
1.I have the dosti connection which they are given to the customer.I have 3 sim cards.Two of them are in the dosti connection.They are given two months validity on each sim.But the problem which i faced for the last 2 & half months is that i have collect the 3rd sim after that 2 sim was connected.On 28th august i collect the sim after the activation(4 hours) of the sim i have send them a message for connectind the sim with the other two sim.But the result is ,today is 3/11/09.the validity of the sim is over.but they are still saying that "you have to wait for sometime",though my sim has expired.In between this 2 months i have called their customer care but from their i only get harrasment.That means they are harrasing the customers and above all [censored]ing the customers.the no of the sim is [protected].2.Their customer care service is very very bad.For any problem the customer have they are unable to solve the problem & behavior is so rough which is very much unexpected from them.

Sir, my telephone no.2291788(nagpur bsnl) is deat since 31.10.09. this is not for the first time everymonth 3 to 4 days it is u/s. main reason is the overhead cable is connected through the terrace / live tree. sometime it is broken by the children while playing. UNLIMITED MINUTES TO SURF AND DOWNLOAD....AS PER MR.SEMWAL THE DATACARD WOULD
COST ME FOR Rs.4192/- AS A ONE TIME PAYMENT AND A MONTHLY RENT OF RS.650/-...
FURTHER I PAID THE Rs.4192/- IN CASH AND TOOK THE RECIPT & DATACAD/EVDO INSTRUMENT....WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THE ACTIVATION OF THE SAME HE COMMITED THAT THE CARD WOULDGET ACTVE WITHIN ....3 DAYS...ON THE THIRD DAY OF PURCHASE I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE SDE...WHO TOLD ME THAT THE INTERNET SERVICES WOULD ONLY GET ACTIVE IF I PAY A MONTHLY RENTAL OF Rs.999/- + TAXES....AND IF I WANT ANY CLARIFICATION FOR THE SAME I AM REQUIRED TO VISIT THE MARKETING OFFICE..
I VISITED Mr.SEMWALS OFFICE ON 4/11/2009....WHERE HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO DECIDED TO MEET Mr.IFTEKAR ALI WHO FURTHER DIRECTED ME TO THE AGM (COMMERCIAL)....I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO THE STAFF AND ASKED THEM FOR A SOLUTION BUT THEY HAD NO ANSWERAS PER THEM THE TARRIF PLAN HAD CHANGED ON 1/11/2009 AND I WOULD HAVE TO USE MY CONNECTION UNDER THE NEW TARRIFF PLAN.....I HAVE FURTHER BEEN DIRECTED TO THE PATEL NAGAR OFFICE OF BSNL TO LOOK FOR A JUSTIFIED REASON FOR MISCOMMITMENT AT THE TIME OF SELLING I DONOT REALLY WANT TO GET MORE FRUSTRATED TO USE AN INTERNET CONNECTION EVEN AFTER SPENDING

Regret to state that most of the time the telephone is dead or there is lot of disturbance. Our bills are paid regularly on time still we face these problems every now and then. I was in Home 500 Combo plan . i.e. 2.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. fee net usage. I have used net in these timings . But I have received more bill for the month of August,2009 & September,2009 Rs.1413=00 and 1972 =00 respectively.
I want usage details and revise bill.
