Please cancel all my BSNL tunes
I am charged 25 & 12 Rs for 2 Bsnl tunes
I have not requested the tunes

I am informing them from 13 of november 2009 to cancel the tunes

Cricket - BSNL Alerts got activated automatically in my mobiles from 5123430. I want to deactivate for my mobile numbers [protected]/ [protected]

Kindly instruct the way to deactivate these messages.

BSNL — Landline phone is not working

My Landline phone is not working since September 2009, even every month i am receiving the phone bill on time and i have paid all the bills.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband connection not working for last 2 months.

Besides frequent breakdown broadband services provided by BSNL,Coimbatore there is complete breakdown since 09th Sept.2009 and lodged the complaint with their customer care on 16th September,2009, the complaint no.assigned is 11046. The follow up complaints are
Dated 19th September 2009 complaint no is 11144
Dated 21st September 2009 complaint no is 11171
Dated 27th October 2009 complaint no is 11859
Dated 05th November 2009 complaint no is 11975
Dated 20th November 2009 complaint no is 12251

The fault repairing mechanism is so disgusting that in-spite of frequent personal visit till this day of 20th November 2009 neither the complaint has been attended nor any efforts have been initiated till this day to rectify the broadband connectivity failure.

Sir, my kindly request that please unsub a wap service of wap actress pack belongs to bollywood diva subscription. There is a message come from 58888 on my mobile that your wap actress of the day will be renewed on[protected]. For unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=739 when i try to go this page it was completly blank. I also record a complaint to BSNL custmer care for unsub this service, but they didn't solve it. In 2-3 times of week i loss 20-30 rupees from my balance because one time charge is 10/- rupees. There is message come on my mobile from[protected] that your sub wap actress pack is successfully renewed on[protected]. Your total cost is 10/- rupees. Please solve my problem immediatly. My mobile number is [protected].

BSNL — Laziness of Bsnl Employee

Respected Sir, Am, Premkumar from Chengalpat, it is located near Chennai. I have applied for BSNL land line and Broad Band on October 28. When i am applying one employee said the connection will come after one week. But till i am not getting connection. And, more than 3 times went to the Chengalpat head office and more than 4 i went vallam branch office. Every week they said it will come it will come etc....

Even I met Senior Engineer they said also same thing......

So please Kindly take the action.. When will you give the full satisfaction to customer then only you maintained customer....

BSNL — Disturbance of landline

our phone no.[protected] dear sir we noted complaint 03/11/2009 by phone no. 2420000 and 2500001. and we noted complaint many times by letter but our problem is not solve.our broadband connections speed is so weak and link broke many time in 5 miniute. but our peolem is not solve.

I m new user of bsnl broadband from 1 month.After completion of 1 month I cant deposit the bill due to not recieving of bill & so my landline connection is out of order. from starting our broadband didnt work properly
after giving lot of complaint to sdo of our exchange.

so, sir pls help me from this corrupted system and provide my bill time to time.
