In the mid end of Nov 09 i got a broadband connection for home500 plan. Where as i want to know my broadband usage in the bsnl website even i tried to download the free download tool but twice it was of no use . So here i humbly request you sir that my broadband usage details may please be sent .

BSNL — Removal of Caller Tune

BSNL telephone service — unauthorized charge

I use a telephone connection No.[protected], and a broadband connection for the internet axcess. For a couple of months I have been forced upon a amount of Rs 200.00 in every bill, from the telephone department towards a feature " GAMES ON DEMAND", a feature I have never asked for, nor in writing to the department concerned. I have made repeated complains to the office, about tyhis error, and now also written to the head PGM incharged, but still recieved a bill with this extra charge. I have also called the helpline number of this service to disconnect this service I have never asked for. Nothing is taking place till date. I have informed the dept, but they don't seem to take my complain. What do I do???? Am really upset and harrassed.
