Dear sir
I am a BSNL mobile customer & my mobile no [protected]. From last two months from my mobile balance account Rs. 20/- is deducted as STOCK subscription packfrom every month . i have alredy informed to BSNL cutomercare but no positive response till today.It is requested to take positive action against SMS NO.56505020 & to stop of deduction of Rs.20 / month.

BSNL prepaid mobile on line charging. — unnessary deduction of amt.Rs 127.00

Dear sir,
Myself Sunil Biswas recharged my mobile [protected] online vide receipt no.[protected] with denomination Rs.550.00 on dtd.9/11/2009.On 10/11/2009 it is found that the amt.worth Rs.127.00[approx] has been deducted without assigning any reason.In this respect let me know the details for which the aforesaid amount has been deducted? If it is found not in order then redeem the same amount by way of recharging my mobile.The action taken by you in this respect and fate of the issue may please be intimated to my e-mail address.Your positive action in this respect will be highly appreciated.

BSNL — replacing wall

Dear sir,
I am shafi f.m.my connection under Karicode exchange,kollam,kerala.My number is[protected].I applied a land phone connection,but I get A WLL connection.Many time complaints the authorities of kollam BSNL.but no responce...I need a Land line Connection,becuase braodband connection not getting in WLL ..Voice clarity of WLL are very poor..so kindly replace my phone and providing a land phone connection. Please do the needfull

Please deactivate FHM VOD subscription from my Cell no [protected]under FHM VOD at CellOne Galaxy under bsnl. It was accidently subscribed and already more than 200 rs have been charged by the service provider and this scenario is continuing.

BSNL — Landline Not Working for last 15 days.

Dear Sir,

I am BSNL from last one Decade. I faced so many problems in my phone like irritating sound etc. Now its not working also, Its dead for last 15 days. I already complainted to Local head authorities also, but still there is no react from there. Please take immediate action to recover my phone connection dead.

Please do it as soon as possible.
