BSNL — Obstruction of incoming calls
my mobile number is[protected] presently i'm in Vennala Plus plan.I have been Migrated to Chandigarh 15 days back since then im not receivibg any calls and messages but i was being connected with incoming calls.
due to prevention of incoming calls i'm facing big problems.
please look after this matter.
BSNL prepaid mobile connection excel — not responding customer service
This is to write you on behalf of my wife , Smt Dipsikha Daw, user of the BSNL mobile bearing no. [protected] continuously making attempt to contact the concerned customer. But there is no body to receive the call to entertain the bona-fied customer .First of all it is the practice of the BSNL customer care even in midnight also though it is published that they are attending the customers' complaints round the clock. Initially when TRAI has announced the scheme of 1paise for 1 second rate BSNL charged Rs. 46/- which would be effective for one year, even they have sent message in this regard both for my wife as well as for myself as I am also the user of BSNL mobile. After one month it has come to our knowledge that this is only valid for a month . If I have to enjoy the above rate I have to pay Rs. 45/- which would be valid for one year. However, I have availed this facililty and enjoying still now. Similarly I also applied for my wife but the request is reverted back and ultimately it is not accepting the request and BSNL it charging the earlier rate of Re.0.90 per minute. In view of this a number of times I am attempting to contact the customer care but nobody is there to accept the call. Please look into the matter to get relief from this over charging rate which is desirable from a government organisation like BSNL.BSNL — to unsubscribe ftv model of the day

Dear Sir,
I have BSNL Excel Anant (life time) Prepaid Connection # +[protected].
Sometime in between 01-Dec-09 & 02-Dec-09, Rs.12/- has been deducted from my Credit Account without any reason/request.
I have already complained to your Customer Care # +[protected] vide Docket #3902329 on 02-Dec-09. But till date, neither I have received any feed back from your Department nor pay me back Rs.12/-.
Kindly take necessary steps so that I may receive Rs.12/- back to my aforesaid account.

I have been checking my usage details with the id and password provided to me at the time of connection and it has been valid since then.but today i couldnt check the usage, because inspite of giving the same username and password it says the either of them is invalid...i never changed either of them.

sir, i have nokia 7210 supernova mobil phone. my phone asking puk code wnen i have entred wrong code for three times. My phone number is [protected] and my sim number is[protected]. please sir/miss send me the puk number to my emale address:- [protected]@gmail.com.
i had enabled fixed dialing on my vodafone handset, i had changed the PIN2 number from 0000 to 2175. after that when i tried to disable fixed dialing, they asked for PUK 2 code, , which i did'nt knew so i wasted all my 9 attempts to give a PUK 2 code by randomly trying different numbers. now my problem is that PUK 2 has been blocked i.e no calls are being possible and all contacts stored in my SIM can't be viewed. i want my sim to get open today itself as before also i had registered a complaint but no response was given. so its a request to plz luk into my problem and solve it quickly. my mobile number is [protected].

Internet speed with 3g sim is very slow.Even orkut home page is not opening.I called customer care several times but none of the calls were not taken seriously.Customer care representative gave me the docoit number of complaint (549890).But till now nothing happened.BSNL, cell phone — BSNL cell phone No. 9865665830 to be reactivated
My above BSNL Cell phone No. [protected] to be reactivated immediately. The said cell phone is "life Card" SIM. I was used since 5 years without any problems. But unfortunately the SIM was abroad since 14 months, could not used. Whenever trying to use last Sept 2009, it was blocked without any information. This is number is very important and necessary for transactions. Please reactivate immediately. Meanwhile we were told when purchsed the SIM, it is life card and it will not be blocked, so that we NRI bought this SIM. BSNL — Unwanted sms from 55500
I have been receiving daily 2000 (Appox) of cricket message for the past few week from 55500 without requesting or accepting the subscription for the service. I tried many time to unsubscribe by sms with an autoreply message which read as follows -'You are not subscribed to this service'. The sms provider also deducts Rs.20/- month for this. I want the service should be withdrawn from my mobile with immediate effect.
