BSNL — Not unsubscribing indiatimes wap service from Mobile No.9431528793

Bollywood diva subscription from indiatimes wap service again activated in my mobile no.-[protected] on 22/12/2009 inspite of sending message to unsubscribe the service by me on 58888, two days in advance on20/12/2009 and Rs 30 had deducted from my prepaid balance. Kindly deactivate the service and return Rs.30 to my account.

It is true that it is easy to activate mobile investor. After activating the mobiler investor these MTNL Dolphin people will deduct Rs.20/ without your monthly consent and will send e-mail saying 'Thank you for continuing on Device Portal Subscription Pack. You have been renewed & Rs. 20has been deducted from your balance.' They have given one link on their web site for deactivation, But it never works.I also want to deactivate this service from very long.MTNL people kindly help.You will get desentry by golping people's money without their monthly consent.My mobile No. is [protected]

BSNL — deduction of balance without prior intimation

I am using bsnl gprs RS 230 UNLIMITED PLAN services.They deducted Rs.83 from my mobile balance without any prior notice.When i talked to customer care service then told me that it is on the account of christmas and didn't considered it worth a complaint.Reason given was that all value added services(specially sms and gprs).

how can i know the code of my rejected SIM.
please send me.

yeah, thats correct mine pc does not have any problem in connecting to internet but unable to even register in the website which bsnl is providing as to check the usage and i am unable to check the usage and their are charging high bills for me i dont why this website is not at all responding http://selfcare.bsnl.co.in .its just wasting our time, this website doesn't work at all . the bsnl people need to change the technique for checking the broadband usage it must be faster & easier with out consuming much time .

BSNL Broadband — Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

Respected Sir/Madam,

Subject: Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

I am having landline telephone (No:[protected] and have also availed broadband facility under the plan Home 250 (1 GB free usage for a month). I have paid broadband charges in advance for 1 year but from last 2 to 3 month my broadband connection is not working properly and in the month of December 2009 it’s stopped working totally. I am not able to browse any of internet sites. There are many complaints from my side but my problem was not resolved at all.

Hence, I wish to reclaim the rentals for the month of December 2009 as broadband was not functional at all.

For your reference, I am providing some of the complaint numbers as below:

BSNL — phone is not working from last 2 months

This is to bring to your notice that my phone no[protected]Swarnjayantipuram Ghaziabad)was not working from last 2 months . My Brother and me has complaint for the same to the Govindpuram telephone exchange and Rajnagar Sector-1 complain office end number of times, and i was personally meet the DTE Govindpuram unfortunatly no action has been taken so far. I have even spoken to the person who has been looking after and rectifying the proplems in that area, but he rather seems to be not bothered at all. So it is my humble request to you is that kindly look in to the matter as early as possible.

NON REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
Dear Sir

I was holding the Tel.No:[protected] upto 27.07.09 and I have surrended on the same date vide DV No: [protected]., .
At the time of surrending and requesting for security deposit, BSNL, Tarnaka had informed that, the refund will be given in 10 days time. Even after 45 days I have not received my refund amount of Rs.3000/- yet.

During this period, I have purchased mobile instrument and I have paid some amount through credit card. Due to non receipt of my security deposit, i am unable to pay the credit card payment also.
In this connection, I have contacted somany telephone numbers on various dates,
the telephone numbers I have contacted are :[protected]Area manager),[protected] Comm),[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] CAO), [protected](CAO)

During my follow up with personally and over phones, no one have shown interest for the status of refund, rathar, they have shown interest for giving other telephone number.

Hence, I request you to look into this and make arrangement for refund of my security dep.of Rs.3000/- along with interest for delay in the payment + my phone call charges and conveyance exp. of Rs.150/-
