Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — not proper service provided by BSNL

my number is[protected] . i have submitted all my bills but mostly my phone is in dead state . and one thing more BSNL has stopped my outgoing calls ....this is the heights of limits , it is unbelievleable . i did submit all my bills and in returned i get all this . please do some thing and make my outgoing call active .

BSNL — broadband not working last 30 days

Dear sir
i m from G-C-134 Trivenipuram Jhunsi Allahabad, now days i leave in gurgaon
i have brodband connection but some time its not working proper
i have much time complaint but they do no take any action to provide me good services, and no one listen from complaint, my mother leve their alone how can she do any action for complaint please help us, only one link is to connect us each other by net,so please sir help my mom.

BSNL — Land Line Number 0172-2632752 Faulty since 01 May 2010

Sir,
My Land Line Number[protected] is Faulty since 01 May 2010. Line is very noisy and intermittent No Dial Tone. During this period it had it was OK one day. In the morning once again it became dead.

BSNL — usage check

the site name selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is not opening.no help from bsnl.
please tell me how i can know the usage used.i am not able to know the usage details for last two months.the future of bsnl and their employees are bleak.
sooner or later they will fade away.

BSNL Land line. — My landline number is not working from last few days

Hi,

I scared with the BSNL service. I am facing the connection problem from past 2 years. No one is responding what is the problem, why the customer is suffering.

I have raised 3 complaints within a time gap of 10 day's. I am requesting to verify this connection with the senior technical person to resolve the issue.

I am not at all receiving any resolution for every complaint. Every time I need to escalate this issue to General Manager (DE (Rukmaji )/GM (Babjee)) to resolve the issue.

Please find my land line details and resolve the issue as early as possible.

BSNL does not respond to customer's complaints. They do not even tell whether the automatic re-direction to web page motive.bsnl.co.in is officially sponsored re-direction or it is a malicious site riding on bsnl web-site. Utterly useless people are sitting at BSNL.

i never subscribed to this service & also dont want any of these value adding services.
i call bsnl customer care executive. He told me to send SMS to 52906 saying UNSUB ALL. Delivery report for this SMS is not got & also Bsnl charged rs 2
Unnecessarily i forced to pay for all this nonsense activity
how to unsubscribe this now &even for future
how to teach lesson to these companies (as i never subscribed) for forcing me to pay

BSNL — Unavailability of Service

My Land line no is[protected]
1)Many times and frequently phone out of order,dead,notworking: can be seen from complaints registered to BSNL.
2)Phone is mainly not working on Festival like New Year,Holi,Deewali and Saturdays & Sundays when it is most required by any consumer.
3)Cable to my home for connection is comig from a pole 20-40mtr away, many connections are provided on a box like hell(unmanaged). and open to rain water and atmosphere totally.
4)Cable to my home is coming in joints,none joints are tapped with plastic taps either.When they get rust or dusted it loose connectivity or create noise in the connection(extra sound that make difficult to heare speech properly.).
5)Cable is so hanging that it touche the vehicles coming by, & disrupting other residents.
6)Beyond many frequest complaints no firm action has been taken.
7)Cable connection are such that they are problem to residents.
8)My phone had been nonworking before 17th may for many days it stared working on approximately 21st May and now it is agin out of order from 23rd or so.
9)I have to spend on my pockets to outside services while I am already paying BSNL for it and that to I have to sacrifice my confirt and suffring illhealth because of running in hotsummer for caling and surfing net outside.
10)I amd my sister have completed our PG and graduation respectively,so we need to apply many places and make calls and all we do not have facility availble to use when we most need it and many more.
i am getting very slow download speed
max:35 kbps speed
i am using plan ul625.

BSNL — Internet connection not working properly

I am Umesh Chander, with reference to complaint no:75030 on 18 January 2010 for Telephone no.[protected] , filed with BSNL internet complaint service. The Issue we are experiencing with broadband is quite erratic. Broadband stops working daily after 6:00 pm (few days have been an exception). We have called up BSNL complaint no. so many times helping us with no resolution to this problem and in month of may it didn't worked at all.

Often the usage time for people in our family is to work after coming back from college or job and by the time we are back, broadband services are dead for the day on our PC.

BSNL should be answerable to this unwanted technical behavior. We are facing this issue for quite sometime now but their have been no words of responsibility from their side. Though they call us routinely and ask about whether the issue is fixed but no one bothers to fix this issue.

Either they should fix up the issue or pay us back money for the time we have been sufferings because of their wayward attitude.
