Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — NON ATTENDING OF FAULT AND CORRUPT LINEMAN

Despite Repeated Complaints BSNL is not Repairing/ Replacing my Faulty Instrument no[protected]. The Instrument is not Ringing aloud and was installed only a few months back. Also the Line man is un responsive unless bribed.
Please find PUK code for my BSNL mobile no. [protected] and send me on my E-mail address.

BSNL — disconnection of broadband

Application given on 25/02/2010 for disconnection of Broad band.however the department is still sending bills with broadband chargs.I have visited the local exchange twice, however no action initiated so fo far.
If you plan to file a consumer court case then don't fall in trap of ICRPC.

I made a complaint with ICRPC for filing a case against Videocon Industries for defective referigerator and poor service on top of that. ICRPC submitted the cheque and payment was made and after that Arun Saxena is on the run.

He doesn't pick up his phone or replies to my countless emails. ARUN SAXENA IS SON OF A !!!

Bloody . Sorry for the language. But to add to my misery with referigerator this jerk has cheated me further. SAXENA YOU WILL DIE IN SOME ROAD ACCIDENT, YOU BALD!!!
after complaint my telephone restored in 72 hrs
now thanks to you and all is well

BSNL — Irresponsible Customer Service

i don't no if bsnl cannot provide customer service via call center why they have opened it.
each representative is full of attitude, no respect for the customer, not at all responsible.
they put customer on hold for more than 15min. but still they don't turn up

bsnl complaint — unfair deduction of money

my mobile no. is [protected] i m suffering from this problem a message comes every day you have charged rs 5 thank you for download, since two months i have lost rs 305 till now i wish to deactivate this but nobody tell me way even customer care also said cant help you plz stop this and help me my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

BSNL — UNSUBSCRIBED MUSIC STATION

MY MOBILE NO. [protected]. THERE IS MUSIC STATION ACTIVATE IN MY MOBILE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I RING TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SUITABLE SOLUATION TO UNSUBSCRIBED MUSIC STATION. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY UNSUBSCRIBED MUSIC STATION.

BSNL — disconnecting every few minutes

From[protected] BSNL Broadband speed was double but from that day Disconnect broadband continuously. Downloading speed is 64kbps but not even 100MB file download continuously On date[protected] after every 5 minutes broadband disconnect.

BSNL — Unwanted "Caller Tune"

Mistakenly I had set a caller tune on 2/6/2010.
Then I call to customer care on 2/6/2010 and try to solve the problem.He told me to send a message "NCOPY" to 56700. I had sent the message on 4/6/2010. And a reply comes saying "INVALID OPERATION".
2 days later I had again called to customer care, this time he told me to send a message
"UNSUBSCRIBE" to 56700. I had sent message on 9/6/2010, this time a reply comes that "We Process Your Request".
But till the time 11:00 a.m. 10/6/2010 nothing happened to that caller tune.
Please take necessary steps to rectify this PROBLEM.
Till the time the Company charges Rs.10 for the WHOLE.

BSNL — unsubscribe ftv model service

its my humble request to immediately unsubscribe the service "ftv model of the day"
against my mobile no. [protected] before 13th june or i shall have to seek the redressal of consumer forum. Being such a reputed firm, such rubbish services are not expected from bsnl

BSNL — poor technical and maintenance support from BSNL Staff and uncertainty of service provider.

I am end users of BSNL land line and cell phone since long.
Degree and quality of service/tech support and attitude from BSNL staff
is gradually became worst day by day. The under mentioned points is the
live witness of the ambiguities.

* I was owned a land line connection subscriber No 2643679. Consequent
of shifting my residence to 10 mile Amsong Jorabat where LL facility is
not existing therefore the LL phone had been converted to WLLNo 2133679 during Jun 2009.Phone bill never been received after conversion till date. CTO building is far away from my residence where duplicate bill can generate. Most of the time I need to pay excess amount as delay payment of bill.
* The area of installation of WLL phone is undeveloped and backward rurel area. but I still paying Urban rent every month the same connection must account as rural connection and amount paid as urban rental to be refunded for due course.
* GPRS facilities on 2G post paid phone No [protected] is activated since 01 Jun 2010. As per msg recd from BSNL that any query pl contract customer care No [protected]. But the no either most of the time is not accessible or not responding after a long holding.
* It is real fact that no toll free Nos (1800) series are accessible from BSNL WLL and pre paid as well as post paid mobile numbers. The same facilities are available from other cell phone.
* Nearest /native Telephone Exchange SATGAON staff of BSNL has not provide any tech support as well as fault diagnosis on defective instrument. Every time consumer needs to run up to CTO Bulding Panbazar for a small query. .

As a regular customer of BSNL I am totally un satisfied with BSNL care and service. Several subscriber have been facing same problem with BSNL phone connection. The system should activated properly at appropriate level to established a position and set an identity in telephone sector.

send a mail to the above mail-id... regarding withdraw any paid service like these... bcos i did the same thing...

So many SMS are rocking very frequently in a simple way and dragging the customers in to the trap(The EXIT must be clearly mentioned... or else we can it as TRAP !!!) and deducting the money every month without fail... This is not good... THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SERVICE ... kindly rename the concept !!!

Mr.Sravan Kumar has posted his request or info-seeking in March 2010 ... still no reply from any person means ... you just think how many of the customers knows the "EXIT"... It is very shameful situation and i suggest BSNL not to entertain such things and left customers pocket empty...
