still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

I am end users of BSNL land line and cell phone since long.
Degree and quality of service/tech support and attitude from BSNL staff
is gradually became worst day by day. The under mentioned points is the
live witness of the ambiguities.

* I was owned a land line connection subscriber No 2643679. Consequent
of shifting my residence to 10 mile Amsong Jorabat where LL facility is
not existing therefore the LL phone had been converted to WLLNo 2133679 during Jun 2009.Phone bill never been received after conversion till date. CTO building is far away from my residence where duplicate bill can generate. Most of the time I need to pay excess amount as delay payment of bill.
* The area of installation of WLL phone is undeveloped and backward rurel area. but I still paying Urban rent every month the same connection must account as rural connection and amount paid as urban rental to be refunded for due course.
* GPRS facilities on 2G post paid phone No [protected] is activated since 01 Jun 2010. As per msg recd from BSNL that any query pl contract customer care No [protected]. But the no either most of the time is not accessible or not responding after a long holding.
* It is real fact that no toll free Nos (1800) series are accessible from BSNL WLL and pre paid as well as post paid mobile numbers. The same facilities are available from other cell phone.
* Nearest /native Telephone Exchange SATGAON staff of BSNL has not provide any tech support as well as fault diagnosis on defective instrument. Every time consumer needs to run up to CTO Bulding Panbazar for a small query. .

As a regular customer of BSNL I am totally un satisfied with BSNL care and service. Several subscriber have been facing same problem with BSNL phone connection. The system should activated properly at appropriate level to established a position and set an identity in telephone sector.

From last few days my modem restars automatically and i am redirected to motive.bsnl.co.in even if i type Google.com.. it will take me to the above website.

I am completely frustrated with this problem as this will happen with me atleast 4-5 times a day.

BSNL — Unable to view Broadband Usage

Eversince the new CDR system was introduced by BSNL I face difficulties in checking my broadband usage details. It was so easy previously ! But now I can't. Why can't these BSNL people make it simplified and consumer friendly ? When they update a system they should help the customers to manage essential use. But nobody responds and cares !

BSNL — SIM CARD NOT ACTIVATED

Sir, BSNL pre-paid conection [protected] does not provide service from last 15 days, I contact BSR moble office on 10/06 and put my complaint before them,They issue me Duplicat Sim but till now my service not activated.
Please take necessary action and resolve my problem as eary as possibile.

BSNL — Broadband not installed - bill generated

I have applied for a new telephone connection with broadband on[protected]. Phone line is activated but broad band is not yet installed. A bill for the billing period is generated very promptly.

Why should i pay the bill with out providing the service itself ? Does it not attract denial of service and wrong billing? What best course of action can i take to rectify this ?

BSNL — hardware malfunction

My landline's problem is that even after charging it totally it is working for a mere half an hour or so.No use seen even after changing the battery twice.

BSNL LANDLINE NO.0141-2759705 — LANDLINE NO. NOT WORKING

I HAVE LAND LINE PHONE NO.[protected] CUSTOMER ID [protected] SINCE LAST TEN YEARS.
MY TELEPHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER ON[protected] FOR WHICH I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT WHICH WAS REGISTERED NO.[protected].
AFTER MANY PERSONAL VISITS TO MALVIYA NAGAER AND BAJAJ NAGAR EXCHANGES MY PHONE CAME IN ORDER ON[protected] BUT AGAIN IT IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE[protected] AND FOR THE SAME
COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON REGN. NO.[protected]. AFTER MANY PERSUATIONS MY PHONE IS STILL OUT OF ORDER.
MEANWHILE I AM SURPRISED TO RECEIVE BILL NO. [protected]-007 DT,[protected] FOR RS.616/- FOR THE PERIOD OF APRIL AND MAY 2010 WHEN THE PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER DURING THAT PERIOD AND STILL OUT OF ORDER.
WE REQUEST YOU TO WAIVE OUR BILL FOR THE PERIOD IN WHICH OUR PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER AND OUR PHONE SHOULD COME IN ORDER IMMEDIATELY.
YOUR EARLIEST RSPONSE IN THE MATTER WILL BE APPRECIABLE.

BSNL — not able to open the sight i.e..selfcare.edc.co.in......sight is nt opening......

actually the sight i.e selfcare.edc.co.in is not opening.....so i m nt able 2 check my usage....i.e hw much i hv used.....so plz help me out......
My bsnl [protected] is this and in my cell number I have try to activate bsnl tune but this tune is not activated on my bsnl number. I have tried many time so please activate bsnl tune on my cell number.

BSNL Land line. — noise in telephone line

my land line no is[protected]. line is noisy and we can't here since more than one and half month. we have made many complaints on thie automated no.25732198. technician has called up twice but till date there is no solution. we are not in a position to use our phone.

BSNL — Not Deactivating a service

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a mobile no([protected]) from bsnl and facing some issue related to deactivating a service from a service provider whose number[protected]. A week ago, this service provider was charging Re 1 after 2-3 days. But now it has started charging Re. 1 per day.
I have made a complaint to the BSNL Customer Care Support whose complaint no is F[protected] on 25 June2010 about this issue. Next day i again asked them why the service is not deactivated and their answer was that it takes 24 hrs to deactivating. Again on same day i called them and told them that 24 hr has been completed but service is not deactivated yet then their answer was that we will do it. Yesterday(28 June 2010) i again called them and asked them to deactivate this service else i will stop using your service and the answer of the customer care executive was that we will definitely do it at the end of the day. But Today , still i am getting messages from[protected] no that Re.1 has been deducted from your account. I don't know what to do . These fraud people are looting us. May be some customer care representatives have commission in doing such thing and not deactivating the services. Please help me because no body listening to my query.

BSNL - Chennai Telephones — Instrument not working

We have a BSNL Landline for the past two years during which we are facing many issues with the instrument provided.First of all we are not provided with NEW one when we took the new connection.they have given the old one which was giving problems during making and receiving the calls.We changed the instrument twice.During every replacement they have given only OLD instruments.Agains they are not working properly.

Despite of visting our BSNL branch office at Alandur Market, they are not giving new instrument and telling that they dont have new STOCK.

Please do the appropriate steps to get new instrument

I applied before 3 month for BSNL landline & broadband connection but still today i cant get connection as well as satisfied answer from department.
when i gone there they told me there is no tag free in dp there is only one faulty tag free few days you can get connection then after i gone there after few days they told me we cant do anything my exchange sdo told me u tell us iff any tag free so i search n find out 2 dp with free teg i told him plz give me a linemen i tell u where is free teg then thay told we cant do as u say we do as we wish we had not sufficient men power for that . I need bsnl broad band urgent but the office staff do not take it seriusly. if the teg is faulty plz tell me who repaire it . Plz Replly Me
