Every month I receive a sms "Thanks for using CHAT service. Your account has been charged Rs30/month"from 51819030. I want to unsubscribe this CHAT service.

BSNL — incorrect numbers shown on A.L.L calls made acct than actual

the phone been connected recently(3days), we started getting calls asking for some other person(wrong calls--repeatedly-poss,prev.user)--to add more--the calls made numbers-status shows on the Landline monitor shows heavily than actual. The cust.care not responding to our calls.really great head-ache at the staring level itself

S most of my friends are complaining that they are confused whether they have dialed the correct number. also the changed tune does not suit my personality. they should change my caller tune back to the original one.
