i want to unsubscribe the cricket alerts which is activated on my mobile.

i am BSNL broadband user. In my router ADSL connection working is not properly. connection is fail down. so i request to solve these problem thanks

from july 2010 a massage come in my mobile "thanks for subscribing SM pack. you have been charged Rs.8/- per week."
i dont make any subscription. bsnl cheating with prepaid ballance.

BSNL land line no.03324047143 — Non refund of security money

Respected sir,

I have surrender my Land line no.[protected] on dt. 21.04.2010 vide receipt no. 75225 and they have issued the token no. of disconnection on 04.05.2010 vide w/o:-RKS/D/DL/10-11/0033. Now till date i have not received any refund or advice from them.

It is my request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful or take nessesary action regarding the matter.

wll BSNL — OVERSIDE OF BILL

SIR,
I AMIT CHOWHDURY HAVE A WLL PHONE BEARING NO.[protected] AT VILL SISU COLONY, P.O-BHABLA, DIST-24 PGS (N), W.B WHICH WAS GIVEN BY BASIRHAT EXHCANGE AFTER PAID OF ONE YEAR POLICY (RS 1200/- P.A). SIR I HAVE A LAND PHONE (NO.[protected] BUT DUE TO LINE FAULTY MANY TIME, BASIRHAT EXCHANGE TOLD ME THAT YOU MAY COLLECT WLL PHONE IN PLACE OF LAND LINE. IN THIS CIRCUTMSTANCES I COLLECTED IT FROM THEM AFTER PAID THE SAID AMOUNT. BUT NOW I. E AFTER 5-6 MONTH THEY SENT A BILL AMOUNTING TO RS 1459/- WHICH IS EXTREMELY WRONG. I PROTEST AGAINST IT BUT NO ONE LISTEN IT.

Telephone No.[protected] is not working from[protected] onwards... Complaint registered and the Docket No. of the registration is Q-84. After elapsing 10 days still not rectified

BSNL — dissatisfactory services

Dear sir/madam,
This is to register a complaint against BSNL. BSNL is providing extremely dissatisfactory services. They deducted 28 rs from my account for caller tune activation whereas i havent activated any such scheme. This happened twice. The first time they promised me to deactivate that scheme but they didnt(deducted 10 rs) and the second time they again deducted 28 rs amount from my balance. They didnt had any satisfactory explanation for this and didnt refund me back 28 rs either. Please help.

my mobile is nokia2626.my sim bsnl asked pin2 code rejected.my fixed dialing is on &arenot off .how can i off this ? give ans immediately

bsnl is renewing the caller tune without any confirmation from the customer and non sense messaging to be stopped immediately. Two days back also i wrote complint in this format but no response from the same.

first time i have written this complaint so let me know the response from your end so i am not in the position to write any comment.

BSNL — Fraud

with due regards i want to state that:

BSNL is currently on a new way for making a quick buck. the bsnl tune "sir is not here" is on a rise these days, so what this tune does is a lady talks to u instead of regular ringing. the "tune" says : sir is not here, please call after some time, sir doesnt talk to anyone without appointment and then asks to dial * (star) if it is something urgent. then what happens is that BSNL just tricks u out! by clicking star , your call doesnt connect, instead u are tricked and in a way forced to copy the hello tune and thereby making an immediate deduction of 20 + 12 rupees to ur account!

i hereby demand a complete refund of my amount on my mobile no. [protected] TC- jammu and kashmir and request immediate impress to stop this open fraud!
