BSNL — the offer is not genuine

I am sajilal.S.G residing at sajihouse,karumom,Tvm-2.My phone no is [protected]and mobile no is [protected].
I booked bsnl broad band connection on[protected].scheme-BBG FN COMBO 500_ANNUAL_PURCHASE BASIC-1(TYPE1).At the time of booking they offered full time unlimited for 15 days. I got connection on[protected].Now I got only 11 days unlimited.On enquiry they said that my connection is activated on[protected].so 15 days count from 24th.This is cheating,they never remained me the ending date.since i got connection on 28th i count from this date.The delay in connection is their mistake.If my connection is possible only on 28th, why should they active my connection on 24th.Why should i suffer these four days.

BSNL — Do Not Call Registry is not working

After repeated attempts since several months, I just could not register to the Do Not Call/ Disturb registry. I have sent START DND to 1909 from my BSNL, CellOne mobile phone multiple times during spread of last 1 year. I have not yet been registered. It gets even more annoying when I get SMSes even at 1-2 am.
How can this be fixed??

In a month my landline is fail to give service atleast 10days. The local authority and the service men are fail to give the service.They always blaim each other about the matter. For this fail of connection of landline i have lost many of my contracts in my busines. They charge rent for the full month but they give service only for 10days. My landline is hardly work 10days & then they cut off my connection by any reason.They always give unfaithfull & untrusted reason for this. The local service man is very lazy to do his work. so, please do something in this matter.

BSNL — Wrong billing since last 7-8 months

It has been already seven to eight months, since I have been receiving faulty bills.

I had applied for an internet connection in July '09 on my BSNL landlane[protected].I waited till Aug '09, and then filed an application for cancellation of my request.

Never was any id and password provided to me, neither did I receive any modem, nor did any BSNL personnel come down to my place regarding the same. But to my surprise since October '09, I have been receiving telephone bill along with the Modem charges.

When I rang the SDO (Telephone) @ BSNL, Kahalgaon, Mr. SDO said that I need to pay the bill in full till date and then only he would consider the matter. I even logged a complaint in BSNL portal, and also emailed the BSNL officials at Bhagalpur and Patna. But have received no replies or action till date.

BSNL — DEAD LANDLINE & Negligence from BSNL officials

My BSNL landline with no.2905318 is dead for last 60 days, and reported the complaint. Till today no action is being taken. I received zero meter reading and their fixed charges. This is the type of service we are getting from BSNL.

BSNL — Unsuccessful online mobile recharge.

Dear Sir,

I recharged with Rs.550/- through online from BSNL portal, on 16th of august 2010.
but till date the amount is not credited in my mobile account, though the amount has already been deducted from my SBI savings account, as I made the payment online, with my SBI debit card.
Sir, the required proof of the purchase is with me and I have attached it with this message
for your ready reference.
Sir, I tried to contact the concerned customer service desk, but the did not pay any hid to my request, and in reply asked me to wait, as according to them it will take time, but they are not sure of the exact timing.

BSNL — Incomplete information when providing the service

I Filled the application for the broadband onl on 1st of June 2010 and when choosing the plan they told me that broadband will cost me 950 rupees odd every month and the there will be the deposit amount of 500 rupees and the landline will be no charge as we just wanted for the broadband and hence was told that it will be a deposit amount of 500 and nothing else as its a unlimited broadband and hence when we received the first bill they have charged seperately for the line and seperately for the broadband and for the line they have charged me 2500 rupees which no one told me about that and hence when enquired they are telling that everyone knows that and they dont have to tell anyone about this.
I want this looked into as i am not ready to make payment towards this connection charge of 2500 which I was never informed about and my BSNL telephone number is[protected]

BSNL — not able to connect bsnl selfcare site

for almost 10 days i am not able to open my account on bsnl selfcare site. this is very sad on part of bsnl. being such a big vendor of broadband service. it is unable to provide proper service.

how do i no my puk no... i cant call customer care... shud i provide with my personal details here(related to sim)...
