I want to inform you that my phone number is 2411678 and i have a broadband on this number also.My complaint is that we live in agra near sadar bazar Gwalior road we have this number for so long we never had any complaints in billing or in broadbant connection but fron 3 to 4 months we are having problem regardin the phone bill .when ever we take the bill to targhar near asdar bazar to ask about the bill.There is no one to listen to us.we have to go from office to office and in the end we have to pay the bill because they force us to pay the bill.I request you to look after this matter.

sir, i received two missed calls on my mob [protected] from [protected],[protected] at 23.19,20.37 pm on 27.01.2011 when i was in a sleep ,when i call them instant deduction Rs 25/- has been made .i want to know these tele marketing comp have spl link with you for calling your customer in late night,whether there is a rule or etics,shouldn't be there is a ban for harassing such a way. i want an immediate redressal as your customer care is helpless in this regard. my new bsnl prepaid mobile no-[protected] have not activated yet.i purchase on 27th with all my id and address proof given to the shop.please activate as soon as possible

i have got mistakenly hvideo service from wapsub(58888).this service deducted Rs.30/-every month. It will be renewed the unsub adress is http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=888.I can tried many times to stop this service, but this service not provided any option to UNSUB.

BSNL,VAS SERVICES — NOT RINGING BSNL TUNE
Dear sir,I am Pushkar srivastava user of bsnl mobile since 2-2.5 years.i logded a acomplaint on 25th jan-2011regarding bsnl tune not ringing,and also logded a manual complaint on 31st jan THEN ON 3rd feb but the issue has not short out,the customer care executives always try to denie me and exchanges amusive assurieties like wait 24 hours, wait 48 hours your problem will resolve,wait for moning such type non productive assurities.I tottaly succumbled from this issue thats why i sendig you this message.in the trend of switching and MNP how a customer can stay with operator and with you.

BSNL LANDLINE DEAD — Phone Dead more than one month
Our BSNL Landline [protected] is dead from more than two months. We have made serveral complaints through phone and WEBsite but no use.The Web complaint status is reset as completed by concern officers without attending the complaint.
One Of WEB fault ref No. is[protected].
We have recived bill of Rs. 738 for month of Dec. 2010 without using phone or Modem for internet which is agreed to be waved off in next bill by officials of JP nagar III phase office.
Recent Fault Docket No. is 7871 dated 03.02.2011 which is registered by physically meeting JP nagar Office.
No support till date by BSNL.
My kids are studying in Colleges and need internet for their stuides day and day out. Finally I have to take Internet from Tata Photon and Airtel to manage the show.
Who will pay me extra cost for this incured?

this has reference to my complaint on my telephone no.[protected] that my internet connection is not working since last a couple of week. i had registered my complaint with consumercomplaints.in on 5-2-2011 and very regret to say that no one has cared and still dated on8-2-2011 my complaint is remaining same. Neither BSNL has shown any response not from your side.
Today I am truly disgusted to see the level of service our national company is giving its customers. You have once again showed that a Government organization can and will never improve.

I am facing the same problem while dialing a toll free number starting with 000 using my BSNL prepaid mobile service from Maharashtra. I think this can be easily by technicians at the BSNL exchange.

Since 2 weeks there wasn't any regular network signal at BSNL, Bakultala tower. about this, the matter was made known to the near by Bsnl circle several times but there was not any fruitful result, at the end we hope for the best result as early as possible. thank u
