Dear Sir,

I am a bsnl user and my mobile no. is [protected]
I have already subscribe for sending the message from www.wap1.indiatimes.com. But now I want to unsubscribe the service as soon as possible.
Please unsubscribe the above services of WAP and wap1.indiatimes.com as soon as possible. I do not like to get sms from 58888.

I lodged so many times to unsubscribe WAP. Please do so otherwise I have to complain to consumer court because I am not using WAP. Thanking you

BSNL 3G Data Card of Teracom — poor speed

BSNL ad shows that 3g internet speed is 3.6 mbps but actual speed is bloody slow. Downloading speed is near about 40-50 kbps. Data card takes much longer time for ready to work during this period it restarts many time.

BSNL — TELEPHONE LAND LINE NOT WORKING

IN KERALA STATE MY LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST ONE MONTH, WE COMPLAINT THE LOCAL BSNL EXCHANGE. THE EXCHANGE IS KUNNIKODE IN KOLLAM DIST. MY PHONE NO IS

BSNL — Receiving UCCs despite registration of DND

My cell number is [protected]
I have registered my number with the national do not disturb registry since last 3 months which is showing their website.
Still I am receiving UCCs (SMS) regularly from different numbers. I have also lodged several complain to their customer care executive, but no result.

Myself Pritam kaur ,W/o Kartar singh. I am a BSNL broadband
customer. My landline phone no. is[protected]. The broadband connection goes
out of order throughout the month about 5 0r 6 times. Every time a complaint is
filed there’s no action, if we try to contact the exchange personally we’re
harassed. The SDO of the department Mr. Surinder Arora is a local. He has taken
into consideration some personal ego clash against me. My connection went out of
order on the 9th of December 2010 and when we contacted him (on 10th dec 2010)
regarding the complaint he told us that “the harassment will continue” and
advised us to subscribe to some other company. Kindly give the matter your
precious attention.

BSNL — Aborting Outgoing Facility

I am a customer of BSNL-Assam bearing Post paid Cell No [protected] under plan 99. It is also mentioned that an amount of Rs. 2000/- is deposited against the Cell phone. As mentioned in my Cell bill issued by BSNL no[protected] dated 10/12/2010 that my credit limit is Rs. 2000/- and I have to pay Rs. 741.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred Forty one 0nly) as outstanding bill amount within 30/12/2010. The bill amount I have already paid Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) vide Receipt no TZP[protected] dated16/12/2020 in my account no[protected].
But I could not able make a call from my Cell phone till now, due to OUT GOING facility is aborted by BSNL. I think BSNL is harassing me.
Therefore, I request the concern authority kindly to take a positive action in favour of me and justify the matter.

BSNL — Hamshakal.com Subscription

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using Cellone mobile no. [protected].

Unknowingly or Unfortunately i have subscribed for Humshakal.com services few months ago.

I was charged Rs. 30/- against subscription charges & since then i am being charged Rs. 10/- every month (Without using the services).

Last month I have unsubscribed for the above services through SMS “UNSUB HM to 54000” and the SMS charges were Rs. 2/-.

But again this month the renewal charges were charged at Rs. 10/- Twice from +54000010 on 02/12/2010 & on 16/12/2010.

Note: I am not the only one facing this problem. 100s' and 1000s' of people have become scape goats in this issue.

I request you to kindly pull me out of this mess ASAP and save my hard earned money.

BSNL MOBILE PREPAID (EXCEL) — Unwanted sms from 52906 and the being forced to pay

Sir,
My No is +91-[protected], I am getting unwanted sms from 52906 and the being forced to pay for it for which I never subscribed to any thing. It comes in two or three days gap and charged me. Please stop these SMS. Hope the action will taken and these SMS will be stop on my Number.

unable to view the broadband usage since June 2010 in the selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in site.
Hence unable to plan systematically the use of broadband.

BSNL — Deducting my balance @ 8 per week without subscribing

I am facing a problem with sm pack subscription which was subscribed unknowingly and failed to unsubscribed via sms.The portal 56363 has stopped receiving sms from my number.
